Senior Governor Krovikan Sengir is an actively serving member of Regional Government and was at one point Moff of Fakir Sector, Director of Imperial Research and Development and Minister of Finance within the Empire.
Krovikan was born on the planet of Berchest as the only son of two engineers he had always been fascinated by machines and computers. So at the age of 16 he was admitted to the technical university of Barakka where he got an education and emerged as an engineer at the age of 21 by this time he was persuade a phd. But while he was away at the university his family was lost in space. He then started searching in his spare time for any information from almost any source to find out what had happened. Thanks to an old friend he started working at university research department it was here that he obtained the needed qualifications to join the finest and most respected research department in the galaxy "The Imperial Research and Development Department". Years after working himself to the top in the IRD, now know as the Imperial ministry of Science & Research, he became the youngest Chief of the department. Following the turmoil of the Imperial merger he soon found himself charged with even more responsibility as the new Moff of Fakir. Through clever dealings with the factions operating out of the Fakir sector and clandestine operations against hostile CMG's, the intere sector, apart from one Trade Federation stronghold, was in Imperial hands.
