"So, he has come out of hiding... Ensure that he reaches the Inner Sanctum. We have things to discuss." "Very well. Shall I send away your apparitions?" "Leave them. They will be of no threat to him." - Shadar and Velon, shortly after Slade's appearance at Ragdim
"Why, what's so special about Dante?" "He's an unstoppable force of fierfekking nature who has put me on my shebs more times than I really care to talk about at the moment." - Keth and Jane Lemen discussing Slade, under the guise of Dante
"Dante" is, as of Year 13 Day 72, Dishonorably Discharged for a variety of reasons. However, no word has been heard of his whereabouts or his current activities; he seems to have dissolved into thin air.
Slade Evalescer is an ancient figure of seemingly little repute, having kept his identity and activities secret across the centuries. His race is unknown, but his most common "birth" is that of an Echani, the silver-haired and silver-eyed warrior people who are commonly placed in the same boat as the Mandalorians.
His power - or perhaps lack of it - is unknown, but given his immense age it can generally be assumed he has no small level of such. An eternal rival of his polar opposite and kin, Galahanzer - otherwise known as the Malevolent Cloak "Shadar" - Slade is considered by those privy to such things to be, alongside Shadar, one of the last of the Avatars; living, breathing embodiments of the Force itself, embodying both Ashla and Bogan.
Of course, his life did not begin as such; or at the very least, this is the general assumption. Very few know of Slade's existence, and even fewer know him as a person, the numbers of whom being counted on a single hand. He lives and dies just like any other sentient - he is born, he lives, and then he dies. However, the Avatars exist on what is referred to as a "Wheel of Reincarnation" - they are reborn every now and then, retaining their memories and identity, and as a result they are considered by some to be truly immortal.
His goals and motives are unknown. However, he has taken part in a variety of historical events, either directly or indirectly, shaping them and manipulating them to fit his purposes. However, unlike his "twin" Shadar, Slade is not a creature of malevolence; instead, he acts and fights according to the greater good, and tends to operate more on his sense of Ashla than on his sense of Bogan, in contrast.

Imperial Personnel Profile
General Information
Surname: Erinith
Given Name(s): Dante
Race Echani, Class A Citizen - Expelled
Gender: M
Rank: Formerly Second Lieutenant, Imperial Army - Dishonorably Discharged
Age: 26 Standard Years
Preferred Religion: Potentium Ideology, Ashla Persuasion
Homeworld: Rhen Var, Unknown
Family: Unspecified
==Psychological Profile== - Outdated as of Year 13 Day 72 Social Attributes
Loyalty: Dante is remarkably loyal to those he considers worthy of it. He is also very caring and protective of those under his command, often taking the heat for things that they did - gladly. A trait that was passed on from his own superiors.
Outspoken: Dante often seems to speak out of turn, often touching controversial issues and occasionally coming very close to treason. He has never, however, explicitly crossed the line.
Control attitudes: Extremely tolerant, Aedan is willing to accept anybody and everything, regardless of race, gender, sexuality, past, religion, allegiance, et cetera. As he has mentioned many times, he could care less what somebody is, so long as they can do the job.
Dependability: Dante is highly dependable, almost to a fault. When given an assignment, you can guarantee he will get it done.
Attitude towards Empire: Dante has repeatedly expressed a surprisingly negative attitude of the Empire as a whole. More specifically, he sees the Empire as a vehicle of civilization, peace and cultural enlightenment; the people within it, however, he views in a completely different light. He does not, however, generalise; he is well aware there are "good apples" in the tree.
Emotional expression: From what can be seen, Dante typically keeps his emotions well under wrap; contrary to how he is often seen by others, he is immensely disciplined, particularly insofar as his mental state goes. He does, however, seem to have intense emotional scarring; it is unknown how he copes.
Fairness: "Fairness" can be considered an understatement; Aedan views everybody in the same way and judges by similar standards, whether General or Private.
Leadership attributes: Dante has demonstrated himself to be a highly charismatic individual, demonstrating many traits of leadership. He does not, however, lead people most of the time, rather preferring to adopt the role of backbench adviser.
Physical appearance: Dante is known to adopt a variety of fashions, but he virtually never wears or uses Imperial Standard Issue clothing or equipment; perhaps an indicator of his individuality. Often wearing either a red and black styled trench-coat scheme, or white and black armor. On a more primal level he is admittedly a highly attractive man, and many specimens from both genders and many races have expressed interest in him.
Regard for Rules: Dante follows rules, but only so long as they do not stop him doing his job. Once they get in the way, he tends to break them in a heartbeat.
Team Spirit: While he often portrays himself as the loner, Aedan is an incredible leader and team-player, perfectly willing to put the lives of his men before the mission's completion. He never leaves his men behind, and he makes it a point to get to know his men, establishing a genuine camaraderie.
Individual Attributes
Combat Skills: Many times, Dante has demonstrated a remarkable mastery of the various combat arts. Well-trained in a variety of martial arts, including the Echani Arts, Teras Kasi, and some associated with the Jedi, he is also well-versed in the Lightsaber Forms, generally adopting Soresu and Juyo. With more conventional weaponry, he adopts a Bastard Sword, and has shown extreme skill in the use of sidearms, particuarly when using them akimbo. He tends to turn to Rifles as a last resort. While trained in the use of explosives and heavy weaponry, he usually avoids them, leaving them to specialists.
Pilot: While nothing special, Dante does have in-depth training as a pilot, and can hold his own in a dogfight.
Achievement attitudes: Dante does not seem to value personal accomplishment at all that much, although he often hides this behind a fabricated ego.
Emotional temperament: Patient, tolerant, cautious. Yet outspoken. He does not take very well to threats to those under his command, although he tends to dismiss threats to himself.
Energy level: Dante has displayed many times to have a near-inexhaustible supply of energy, and his stamina is inhuman.
Intellectual factors: Intellectually, Dante's greatest asset is his common sense; he is streetsmart to the point of being a virtual genius. However, he also displays a massive wealth of knowledge, knowing many things you would expect only of experts.
Knowledge: Dante knows many things he should not. This is best exemplified by his in-depth knowledge of Jedi and Sith Philosophy, as well as being able to out-knowledge even the Sith in regards to the finer aspects of the Force, and of Lightsabers. He also appears remarkably informed of the goings-on in the Galaxy, suggesting contacts, or a wide circle of friends.
Mental Attitude: Mentally, Dante is an enigma. Surface study has demonstrated that, mentally, he is in fact a child, suggesting potential cloning or mental stigma, and had undergone flash training. Experts dismiss this claim, however, suggesting other factors. Dante can generally be assumed as being roughly 8 or 9 years of age, mentally.
Material attitudes: Aside from his admittedly low number of personal possessions, Dante does not view material wealth as important.
Maturity: While he may act immature, it has been shown several times that this is simply a facade; in reality, Dante is highly mature, and understands complex issues and situations at the drop of a hat.
Philosophical attitudes: Dante questions many things, including the Empire itself. Politically, he sees it as the best island in an ocean of badness. Religiously, he tends to follow the side of Light; many have described him as an Antihero, or more specifically a "Knight in Sour Armor". He is cynical, but a good man insofar as philosophy goes.
Physical attributes: Muscular and very well built, Dante seems built for combat. He is, however, extremely fast and agile, almost to the point of being inhumanly so.
Risk attitudes: Risk does not intimidate Dante; in fact, sometimes he takes the riskier path just for kicks and giggles.
Task performance attitudes: While he often adopts a nonchalant, bored, lazy attitude, when Dante takes on a job he performs it to the best of his ability. Either do a job right, or don't do it at all.

Character History (Slade)
Character History (Dante Dormir)
Early Life
Little is truly known about the earlier years of Dante Dormir's life. Details remain fuzzy, and the little confirmed facts are debated by those who knew him. The son of a Force User and a simple maiden; the worst way to enter a life.
Even before Dante was born, his father had left Coruscant, as he considered the previous relationship to be just a fling; to be enjoyed like a toy, and then cast aside as such - at the very least, this is what he had been told by those who knew of the relationship. His mother, upon news of her pregnancy, fell into shock and died shortly after delivery. He constantly had to be watched over by others, such as neighbors, or dumped at the local bar, but more often than not would go off to do his own thing, hating the company of others since a very early age.
Fending for himself, Dante knew nothing of his father and little of his mother. The only thing he knew, the only thing he cared about, was survival. He didn't care who had to die or otherwise "disappear" to achieve that. For a while, Dante was the very thing he later despised; a parasite, living off other people until he no longer needed them. Things stayed this way for years to come.
Teenage Life
"Honestly? I lost my hope of getting out of this alive years ago, Jalrin. Our only escape now is in death."
Dante, 2 years into his life as a Child Soldier. His eyes red through lack of sleep and insomnia.
It was just like any other day; the dark depths of Coruscant's slums, dirty and damp to the core. It was approaching dusk, and even then a man could barely see his hand in front of his face. Now, an eight year old boy, Dante felt the same emotions flow through him, day after day; hate, fear, anger...the daily requirements for survival in the slums. But there was also loneliness; he wanted someone - anyone - beside him, so he didn't have to feel alone anymore.
Almost as if in silent acknowledgement, men began to shuffle through the slums. Children disappeared, young men disappeared, all were taken by them. Dante could barely make the figures out in the night, before he felt a twig snap behind him. Quickly tilting around in alarm, he felt a sharp crack at the back of his head. Before he knew it, he was being carried; presumably by the one who had attacked him. Slowly, he lost consciousness, after saying a bitter farewell to the air.
After what felt like forever, Dante finally awoke in unfamiliar conditions. Slowly looking around while on the floor, he realised he was in a tent, and around him on the floor were men just like himself. No, not men...these were children and young boys like himself. They were all bound at the arms and legs.
Unable to move, Dante felt fear creep back to his mind. Before he could close his eyes, the ragged cloth covering the tent's entrance was swept aside and 3 armed men walked into the tent. One after the other, they dragged the children outside, as well as Dante. Lining them up in single file, two men examined the boys as the other kept his gun fixed on the others. Occasionally, children deemed moderately fit were moved away from the others. Those deemed unfit were shot on the spot.
Dante was among the last to be examined. Full of fear, he thought a silent prayer and closed his eyes as he was inspected. He felt a sharp jab at his back after a minute, which alerted him, then he realized he was being moved towards the other still living children.
What was to follow would be 2 years of brutal training in combat and tactics. Many of the children Dante knew there died; those who remained changed. Some turned slowly into real men. Others broke and died on the battlefield. As a child soldier, Dante was forced many times to fight, often with weaponry he was either unfamiliar with or broke down after a few reloads. Never was he given any tactical information; he was little more than a piece of meat to his overlords.
However, Dante grew close to 2 other child soldiers; Kelda "Shake" Pelas, and Rasco "Lucky" Keltan. Over many battles, these 3 child soldiers stuck together; they always stayed with each other, and never abandoned their brothers no matter how outnumbered or hopeless the situation seemed. For the first time, Dante knew friendship. He felt an emotion other than hate. Alongside these two, he met many others with whom he would identify years later as a mercenary; the likes of Jalrin Trimence, Kain Trimence and Kad Gru.
The Felucia Affair
"That, my friend, is the smell of freedom. Enjoy it while it lasts."
Relaxing with a smoke, alone as usual during one of his rare hours off.
Month after month, year after year, wars were fought and blood was spilled. Dante, Kelda and Rasco all fought and survived. Alone they would have broken, but together they kept their minds intact. After Dante reached the age of 18, the three of them were shipped to the planet of Felucia. Nobody knew why, although rumors abound that they were to attack the limited pirate presence on the planet. To the three of them that didn't matter though. It was just another war.
They had already learned that the whole affair "don't mean a thing".
The beginning of the end for Dante's career as a former child soldier ended on this planet. In a heated battle, Dante and his friends were seperated from the rest of their platoon. They were forced to make their way around on a planet about which they knew nothing at all. But they knew they were free.
After almost 4 days of non-stop movement, the three eventually came across a guarded spaceport; ironically, it was operated by the same organization that enslaved the three of them. Making their way in, they managed to secure a YT-1300 called the "Shadow Flame" before coming under heavy fire. While Dante was ready to fly, Kelda and Rasco ran to the ship; however, the two were cut down by blaster fire halfway across the hangar, and Dante was forced to flee for his own life. The deaths of his two closest friends would remain on his mind for a long time to come.
Life as a Pilot
For the first time in many, many years, Dante Dormir was free.
It had been almost ten years since he could feel this sweet sensation which he once took for granted. But inside, Dante was hurt beyond any immediate repair. The two men he had befriended and fought many battles with - the men with whom he had bonds forged in blood and war - were now gone. Guilt and pain wreaked havoc on Dante's mind, but even now his will remained strong, keeping his sanity together, even if just barely. Yet on the outside, he appeared as he always did to an onlooker - cold and fiendishly perceptive. It was clear something was plaguing him, but for the life of them, nobody could find out what...
Over time, Dante befriended a Barabel named Kael Ta'em, a ranking operative of SYT Transport. After joining this company, Dante found a new set of friends, not all of them human - indeed, the vast majority of them were not human, and this is the basis of Dante's respect for non-humans.
Incredible to Dante, they all had a mere two things in common; an avid love of flying, and a fierce loyalty to one another. It was from his new circle of friends that Dante learned the ace piloting skills he would use in later life, as well as more about the galaxy in which he lived - knowledge which would prove to be painfully crucial in later life.
Eventually, after regaining his footing in the galaxy and learning as much as he could, Dante decided it was time he moved on. A born soldier, raised on the battlefield, it was rather obvious what his career choice would be - at least to Dante, it was. He was to become a mercenary, a gun for hire - selling his services to the highest bidder.
It sounded so romantic, didn't it?
Grounded
"Seems to me like you could use a hand." | "Pal, we could use a hand, foot and head. Fuck it, we'll take your whole damn body." - Dante and Jalrin, as Dante offers his assistance.
While many of the "missions" that Dante had found himself on were standard fare - pick up a package and deliver it to one person, take a passenger and escort them here, act as part of a convoy there - a number of them, despite beginning as a rather typical assignment, ended up evolving into something much more...entertaining. Two such incidents were the Sector Sweep of Corulag, and what Dante often referred to as the "Endor Adventure".
Originally, Dante's task had nothing to do with Corulag. His mission was simple; pick up a cache of weapons - specifically, an A295, A280, Several Pistols of various models and the Force knew how much ammunition - from Coruscant and deliver it to Tatooine. It was likely that these weapons would be used to support the Rebel Alliance; at the time, Tatooine had been one of their rumored strongholds - the clients were quickly revealed to have been Eidola Pirates. However, this mattered little to Dante Erinith - it was just one more job that paid, regardless of who the clients were. Thankfully there had been no business with bypassing any Star Destroyers, but that was not the most difficult thing about this mission.
Shortly after the completion of the dropoff, Dante had received another task from the clients - the Eidola Pirates. This particular one involved travelling to the planet of Corulag, and picking up various men - other Pirates, no doubt - before transporting them back to Tatooine. Another standard mission, so it seemed.
Yet as soon as Dante had exited hyperspace in the same system as Corulag aboard his prized YT-1300 "Shadowflame", he found himself being fired upon by a Sabaoth Destroyer. While this was strange and seemingly unprovoked in its' own right, the emblem marked out clearly on the side of this Destroyer immediately alerted Dante as to his predicament; it was an Eidola ship. Quickly coming to the logical conclusion that he had been sent here to die - no doubt distrust on Eidola's part - Dante immediately set about moving down towards the planet, knowing full well it would be difficult for the enemy to follow in any large number. However, he was too slow.
While the Shadowflame may have been a top of the line vessel - one of the best of the best - its' pilot was not, lacking the experience necessary to successfully avoid condensed fire from a capital ship. Taking hits, Dante realised that he would have to land on the planet whether he wanted to or not; the Hyperdrive could not activate properly under pressure such as this. Crash landing amidst the uncultivated region of Corulag, Dante found himself in a bamboo forest with a badly damaged ship. As if his day couldn't have gotten any worse.
Naturally however, it could have - and did. Not long after Dante's abrupt landing the Shadowflame had been located by detached remnants of a local organization known as the "Dejar Tigers". Knowing full well that he would have been killed should he put up any resistance as there were simply too many of them, Dante reluctantly surrendered and allowed the platoon to take him to their main base of operations. There, Dante re-met a man he fought alongside during his time as a Child Soldier, the Corellian known as Jalrin Trimence. As well as this Dante also met the primary woman in Jalrin's life, an Arkanian called Cynthia Delores.
Having recently returned from an infiltration of a nearby hostile outpost, Jalrin welcomed his old comrade and friend to the camp, explaining the situation. A Local Government had been shattered a month earlier due to the efforts of a splinter faction of the Eidola Pirates, and it had split into two separate groups; the Tigers who were remnants of the old Government, and there were also the so-called "Lions", those who had allied themselves with the Eidola Pirates.
Jalrin Trimence, taking off his uniform while giving "Glomkettle" the go-ahead to set off explosives. Cynthia Delores is in the background.
Offering his aid, Dante joined Jalrin on a number of excursions out into the wilderness of Corulag, striking hit-and-run blows against the numerically and technologically superior Eidola Pirates, whittling them down little by little over many weeks. Eventually, the Tigers and Lions were pulled into one large field battle several miles away from the major starport-city of Malreach. However, the Tigers were both outnumbered and outmatched, and were routed in a decisive battle that lasted almost a day. Dante, Jalrin and Cynthia took a small detachment of remaining forces and fought their way out shortly before the battle was over, eventually managing to outpace the pursuing Eidola forces.
Jalrin was devastated, and understandably so. He had worked long and hard to secure Corulag's independence, and now his work had gone up in flames. However, this was a mixed blessing as he was no longer tied down with the battle for independence, and so Jalrin deigned to travel at Dante's side once more; or at least until he could regroup with his brothers. Cynthia, naturally, tagged along, and as the weeks passed the trio repaired the Shadowflame. They left abruptly, separating days later on the planet of Corellia.
Dante, on the other hand, left in pursuit of the Eidola Pirates - or more specifically, information concerning them. He could not act on it for the time being, but he knew that in future he may be able to extract his vengeance upon them.
The Endor Debacle
A month passed as Dante continued his search for information. The few leads he had picked up were running dry, and given several assassination attempts by Bounty Hunters, Dante assumed the Pirates knew he was on their tail. Growing desperate, Dante's determination found itself reignited by a lead sent to him by Jalrin Trimence, who had by now regrouped with his siblings. Having separately been investigating on Dante's behalf, Jalrin uncovered evidence that the Eidola Pirates operated a slave run around Endor.
While it puzzled Dante as to why - ewoks hardly made the best slaves given their physical qualities - he did not question Jalrin's intel, and he immediately set course for Endor. He and the Trimence Brothers had agreed to rendezvous not far from the outpost itself, where they would proceed to destroy it and leave before the Pirates were any the wiser. Of course, the best laid plans of mice and men often went awry, and so Dante suggested a number of alternatives that could be enacted in the heat of the moment. Just in case his fears proved true.
Moving carefully this time, the memory of Corulag fresh in his mind, Dante landed on Endor and entered the forest proper. He knew where he was going, and had landed a fair distance away, well aware that the Pirates would likely have scanning facilities of some description. He also knew there was a fair chance they were already aware of his presence, although it was unlikely that they knew just who he was.
It did not take long before his suspicions were confirmed - or so he thought. Stumbling across a number of scout-bike based slavers, he realized that the local Ewok tribes were being terrorized by the Eidola Pirates, and hostages were being sold galaxy-wide for a tidy sum. While Dante had no love for the ewoks, what the Pirates were doing made him sick nonetheless, and he fell upon them. It did not take long at all for the Scouts to fall, yet there were a few Dante had not spotted, and they sped back towards the base to raise the alarm. Aware he had no choice, Dante sped after them on one of the dead scout's bikes - he wouldn't be needing it anymore.
Engaging them in a high-speed battle throughout the forest, Dante proceeded to wipe them out one by one, and swapped bikes with his enemy repeatedly. Dante wasn't sure how he made it through those forests without hitting so much as a branch, but he knew that his reflexes felt...pushed. Tested. One might even go as far as to say they were enhanced by something. He would later come to realize that this was his Force Sensitivity in action, and he had unconsciously utilized the ability known as Force Sense. It would serve him well in later months.

Time passed as it always would, and Dante would have otherwise loved his new existence. It seemed that nothing could stop his new life, and that he had finally found what he was looking for; he was ready to put aside his prized DL-model pistols and his Bastard Sword, and live. Yet his dreams continued to be plagued by images of his past; his father, his brother, the woman with Red Hair whose name he could not remember. But he knew she was important.
Before he could try and find her again, combat found him yet again; though in a more discrete manner. A stormtrooper parade marched through the town, impressing all with their uniformity and teamwork. Dante was beginning to grow low on money, and he realised he couldn't live like this forever. He could use the skills he learnt as a child soldier to not only sustain himself, but sustain the galaxy as well, as he had done during his past life. The decision was made. Dante Erinith, son of Jias Dormir, was to join the Imperial Army. For now, at least.

Dante Dormir
AT: "But...what if it goes wrong? What then? I don't know what'll happen. I don't know what to do..." | DD: "You're never going to know everything, and some of your knowledge will always be wrong. Perhaps even the most important part; it usually is the most important part, actually. Half of wisdom is in knowing that. Half of courage is in going on anyway." - Dante Dormir, comforting Arik Trimence
JT: "I'd expect better of a Commander than that, even if he's justified. What a fool, huh?" | DD: "A lot of people are fools when they forget what they are and only remember who. But believe me Jalrin, it's a lot worse when they only remember what they are and forget who." Jalrin and Dante discussing Commander Kulren Evals'ca.
DD: "If you fell into a lake, you'd try to convince everybody you did it on purpose. You'd probably succeed, too." - Dante to Kad
JT: "That was just too easy...these idiots aren't even half as good as I saw." | DD: "A clever commander will set two ambushes for you. The first is weak, easy to break through; you get confident. You run into the second ambush, and you're utterly annihilated." - Jalrin and Dante after breaking through a small blockade in the Coruscant Undercity.
KT: "If you wish to leave this fortress alive, you'll have to activate both towers and bypass their guardians. An impossible task, so the stories say." | DD: "When a man is faced with his own death, he finds the impossible less of a barrier." - Kain and Dante
KT: "Dante, we've got at least fifteen squads down there, and two sniper teams on the hilltop. I'd also like to point out the armoured divison we just escaped from will be here any minute now. What'll we do?" | VN: "Are we gonna go for it, Dormir?" | JT: "No, we're not gonna go for it." | (Cutting off JT.) DD: "Yes, we are. May as well die with style." | JT "No. There's a "no" here. I'm-! Damn you!" - Kain Trimence, Vicias Nehrazim, Jalrin Trimence and Dante Dormir, before charging headfirst into a full-pitched battle, much to Jalrin's dismay.
(Looking away over a balcony.) VN: "Don't get yourself killed, Dante. I don't think I could bear that a second time." | DD: "When did I die the first time, exactly?" Dante Dormir and Vicias Nehrazim, before the former goes to battle his father at Kamino.
(Lying on the floor, struggling to get up.) JD: "No...let him by, Sitrit...it is done...how I have enjoyed these 20 years..." | SF: "The pleasure was all mine, Lord Dormir." | JD: "You have her eyes you know, Dante...my son...beautiful eyes. Just like your mother's were..." | DD: (Looks away with a pained expression.) "...was there no other way?" | JD: "...heh...spend your pity elsewhere. If you are so set on running, hadn't you best be off...fool of a Dormir...?" - Dante, speaking to his Father - Jias Dormir - during the latter's last moments, after defeating him and Sitrit Farwel.
(Riding a Scout Bike, and fighting a man on another scout bike.) Scout: "You're going to die!" | (Pulling him off the bike into a tree, hopping onto the now empty bike as his own crashes into another tree.) DD: "You first!" Dante, bantering with one of his enemies.
DD: "I'm no hero. Never was, never will be."

Dormir Family
Dormir Family Crest
A Nomadic Family Line of Echani, the Dormirs have no real known estate or homeworld; as nomads, they never particuarly settle, instead travelling where they will. As such, the Dormir Family has no allegiance to any specific faction, and it never has done - one Dormir may be an Imperial, the next a Rebel, the next a Pirate. Their only true allegiance is to the Echani race as a whole. Notably, some Dormirs - such as Dante Dormir - are some of the few to be adopted as Mandalorians while retaining their Echani heritage, a supposedly impossible task due to the two cultures' rivalry.
A common trait of Dormirs is their rebelliousness and laid back attitude; even the youngest of Dormirs was known to be relaxed and calm in situations where others would panic, and the oldest known to be highly individualistic and rebellious. While not all Dormirs were stubborn, this was a relatively common characteristic - particuarly among the males - and shifting a Dormir could be compared to trying to move a Rancor.
While not particuarly Religious, Dormirs often followed the way of the Force even if they were not Force Sensitive. The family churned out its' fair share of Force Users, and in general these Force Sensitives tended to have a fairly high rate of Midichlorians. They also tended to adopt neither side of the Force - Dark or Light - instead deciding to utilise both sides whenever the need called for it; the most prominent example was Jias Dormir, otherwise known as the "White Wolf", who was known to wield both Healing Powers and Lightning Powers with equal proficiency. As a result of the Midichlorians, even the non-Force Sensitive Dormirs have relatively high reflexes and reaction times compared to other humans, as a result of their genes. Needless to say, however, they are still nothing in comparison to a Force User's.
Aside from these facets, there is little that ties one Dormir to another Dormir. Like all Echani, Dormirs tend to have Silver Hair and Eyes - the only exceptions so far to this are Dante Dormir and Rick Dormir; Dante instead possesses Green and Blue eyes. This is a result of his mother, Elia Erinith, who also possessed Heterochromia. Rick, on the other hand, possesses Icy Blue eyes - again, this is believed to be due to Elia's genes.
Appearance
Dante does not appear at all particuarly unique at first glance - however, further study of his appearance would quickly indicate otherwise. The first thing many people notice about him is either his unorthodox dress sense, or his eyes - one being coloured bright green, and the other dark blue. Many people attribute this down to a genetic condition, however his Brother does not possess this facet, which implies otherwise. Aside from his eyes, he normally has very low amounts of facial hair - enough to look dashing, yet not enough to be downright grotesque. Overall, he appears to be particuarly attractive in his own way, although more often than not he does not take advantage of this natural advantage. Also of note is his hair - naturally, it is coloured Snow White. However, preferring not to be asked questions as to his Echani Heritage, he tends to dye it either black or brown, depending on what's available.
As earlier noted, his dress sense is not what an Imperial would call "Orthodox". He is rarely - if ever - seen in his Imperial Uniform, always sporting another outfit as if deliberately trying to avoid wearing it, and he is known to avoid a number of official occasions in which he is forced to wear it. It is unknown whether this is due to his innately rebellious personality, his preference for his own clothing and armor, or just downright distaste of anything which doesn't include a longcoat.
His first - and typical - appearance is perhaps a one-of-a-kind look, especially within the Empire. The first thing to be noticed about his fashion sense is that it revolves around two colours - Red and Black, with a focus on the Red aspect. The usual outfit is a tailed long-cait, Red in colour and stretching far enough down to touch his boots at the back. The tops of the boots are oriental in appearance, Red with Gold Dragons encircling it on the fabric - under this he usually wears his armored boots. Moving further up his plain black pants - serrated by a red stretch at his groin region - and before it can continue on, it is blocked off by a belt - this belt is black in colour, with a Silver Sigil as a buckle. He has 3 more such belts - albeit with gold buckles - with two of them just above the first belt, and the third one across his chest, just below his ribs. The shirt is a zip variety, jet black like the pants, and collared - these collars are usually left to droop down slightly, and the zip is undone a little at the chest for comfort. Continuing down his arms, they are left bare once the black region of his sleeves are encountered - after his elbows, all he wears are fingerless gloves, or his Armored Gauntlets when he is at the Dojo.
Dante's usual outfit
Personality
The first thing to strike a person talking to Dante - or perhaps even looking at him - would be his laid-back attitude, as well as his apparant fearlessness. Even when speaking with people who could annihilate him in a second, he speaks indifferently with a casual attitude, often mouthing off to those with authority over him such as higher ranks and Force Users. This is due to his naturally rebellious personality, which was nurtured through years of living alone - be it as an orphan, or a child soldier, and it often gets him into troublesome situations within the Empire. Indeed, it may be the single reason why he does not advance as quickly as one would expect.
However, there is a line drawn between rebellion and respect, one which Dante walks carefully. More often than not, the people he mouths off to the most are in fact the people he respects the most. However, Dante dislikes outward shows of appreciation or being inferior to others, and instead turns to other avenues. Looking past his rebellious attitude, he has a deep personality. Stubborn by nature, it can take a lot to get him to change his mind, although he is known to cave in occasionally when the odds are against him. Contrary to popular belief, he is in fact an incredibly disciplined man - skilled in the martial arts and able to think calmly and rationally, he can hold his tongue fine when he wishes to, moving his face over in a veil of pure serenity. This has led many people to consider his rebellious attitude as a facade, to protect his own emotions - however, this is untrue.
Above all else, Dante treasures honesty and loyalty. He despises dishonesty and traitors with a passion, which is only equalled by his hatred of those who suck up to their superiors to gain rank - to him, the gravest form of dishonesty and deceit. Once again this is in-tune with his attitude, and is often attributed as simple jealousy - a fact which irritates Dante greatly, and does nothing to help his relations with his superiors.
One of the few positive traits commonly attributed to Dante by others is that he has a deep sense of morality and justice, as well as a profound honor code which he abides to even deeper than his loyalty to the Empire. If he were ordered to shoot a civilian by a man higher ranked than him, the chances are he would headbutt the officer in the face instead of shoot an innocent man.
However, despite his rebellious and stubborn attitude, Dante tends to come across as a reasonably nice man once a person has earnt it. And although it is a monumental task to attain his trust, this trust could be perhaps one of the greatest weapons in a man's arsenal.

WIP
Rick Dormir
"Ironic, really. Father always said you were the "better" brother, and here you are turning to the Dark Side. Care to explain how that one works, Dante?" - During his duel with Dante, outside the Corellian Starport
"Cold. Logical. I sometimes wonder whether my brother had any emotion in him at all, but I suppose he had the right not to. - Dante Erinith, reflecting on who Rick Dormir was.
"He's too fast! This thing's a demon!" A nameless stormtrooper, shortly before being wiped out entirely along with the rest of his squad by a Force Speeding Rick Dormir.
The Polar Opposite of Dante. The older of the twin brothers by an hour, Rick was seperated from Dante at birth and taken to Rhen Var, where he was brought up personally by his father Jias Dormir. He grew up learning how to fight, hunt and survive, and many of his conversation with his father were about philosophy and combat tactics; never did they truly share a father-son moment. Jias would often compare Rick to Dante, wondering which one would be superior and pining his hopes on Dante; this greatly irritated Rick, and instilled in him an early hate of his brother. This was later revealed to be an attempt by Jias at seeing Rick's capabilities with the Dark Side.
In tune with his contrast to Dante, Rick wore a blue three-tailed longcoat with white details - a design which Dante later adopted for formal occasions. Also, unlike Dante, Rick would slick the front of his hair up; otherwise, the two were almost indistinguishable, especially at a distance. Like all Echani, Rick had snow white hair; however, his eyes were icy blue instead of silver. This is believed to be a result of his mother's genetics, although it is unknown as to why Rick did not inherit Heterochromia like Dante did.
Rick was a Force User aligned with the Light Side, and wielded a Blue Lightsaber. He never touched guns, as he believed they were dishonourable to a swordsman; he only ever used a Lightsaber, Sword or the Force. Chill and coldly-logical, Rick was virtually the opposite in personality and temper to Dante; Dante was warm and outspoken, whereas Rick was cold and reserved. Dante edged towards the Dark Side and aggressive techniques, whereas Rick edged towards the Light Side and defensive techniques. However, they did share several traits; both had a sense of style and fluidity to their movements, and both seemed to possess no fear whatsoever - indeed, when they fought, you could almost compare it to a dance rather than a battle, and the two scoffed at things that any sane man would scream in terror at. As well as this, despite his cold and logical attitude Rick was a good person who merely wanted what was best for his family and the Galaxy as a whole; he was merely misguided in this by his father.
Traditionally, Rick utilised the Lightsaber Forms "Soresu", "Ataru", and "Niman", and was generally considered to be a superior Lightsaberist to Dante - however, he was weaker in the Force overall, as Dante could overpower Rick in a Force-Power based battle. Rick had the Force Facet "Telepathy", and focused his powers around Push, Pull, Force Aura, Stasis, Speed, Deflection, Heal, Force Body, and Force Barrier. A true master of Force Speed, Rick Dormir could quite literally run rings around his enemies and was perfectly capable of wiping out entire squads in seconds - sometimes so quickly that they didn't even realise they had died.
Originally, Dante and Rick did not get on at all; indeed, Rick often sought Dante out solely to do battle with him in an attempt at killing him. However, over time the two began to form a brotherly bond with each other, and several times were forced to work together in order to defeat interruptions to their battles. Eventually, Rick realised Dante was not evil as was originally believed, and joined him in order to try and stop their father. Together, they were twice as powerful as they were alone - Dante focused his attention on supporting Rick with Force Powers, while Rick held off melee-based opponents with his Lightsaber. United, it was said they were unstoppable.
It is believed that the two Brothers died together atop the Tower of Rhen Var, uniting their Force Powers in order to create a Force Storm which annihilated the Tower, killing both of them in the process. However, one of the brothers survived.
And if one survived, does it not stand to reason the other might have as well?
Dante Kurlow / DD491AEDRAVT
DK: "Ooh, tough guy. I think you need taking down a couple notches." | DE: "Oh yeah? Come and try." - Dante Kurlow and Dante Erinith, shortly before the former gets defeated soundly.
"The kid wasn't so bad, I suppose. Could've cleaned his teeth more often though, and hopefully he cut the cocky crap. Just because it suited him didn't mean it was fun." - Dante Erinith, reflecting on who Dante Kurlow was.
Another clone of Dante Dormir, and technically the brother of Dante Erinith / Aegyl.

WIP

A self-proclaimed Sith Lord and rival to Jias Dormir.
WIP
Darth Seren
"So you are the one we've heard so much about. Dante Erinith. First impression? You're like a child with a sword, not at all a blademaster. Or are you?" | "Why don't you come over here and find out?" - Darth Seren and Dante Erinith, after the latter bested Seren's Noghri bodyguards.
"She was good, and she knew it. That ended up killing her." - Darth Erinith, reflecting on who Darth Seren was.

Artwork
A Rest Well Deserved
"The man would sleep for hours on end, often using his trench coat as a makeshift bed and whatever was closest to hand as a pillow. I'd bet money that an Ion Cannon could have gone off next to him and he wouldn't even stir." - Lance Vertrope, Artist
-
Battle Atop the Citadel
"He told me once, about a battle with somebody he only described as being similar in appearance, but with slicked hair and donning a blue coat. I'll mind his privacy and not say more, but that was the backdrop in my mind for this painting." - Lance Vertrope, Artist
-
Angel of Death
"Simple, this one - a painting to portray the tragedy behind the man. I don't know whether or not I succeeded, I suppose that's up to you. I also gave him the traditional silver that most Echani have in their eyes, as I feel it made for a more melancholy effect." - Herman Lar, Artist
