Description

Coruscant Day, is a depiction of the Imperial Capital City during the day, painted by Nubian Sarahi Al'harra. While not as popular as its sister painting, "Coruscant Night" which was done in the same year, it is also considered to be one of the best depictions of the Imperial Capital. As the Coruscant sun rises behind the cityscape, the old Senate building can be seen in the mid-ground at the center of the painting.

History

It is one of twelve pieces of the "Viciar Collection", owned by Crueya Vandron and currently lent to and on display at the Imperial Archives Gallery on Coruscant.
