Background

Childhood and Early Life

Nesota Kynnovan was born thirty-three years ago during a heavy blizzard on the late hours of Day 250, Year -15 in the Medical Center of Averill Point. Born into a warm and humble family as the second- and youngest daughter of the small settlement’s resident physicians, Doctors Bryceke and Alexis Kynnovan, the young Nesota grew up in a peaceful and very loving environment. While her parents weren’t wealthy or affluent, as citizens of Averill Point simply looked after one another as a tight community and the Kynnovans would often just accept crops or other edible commodities as payment for their medical services, both Nesota and her older sister Verena enjoyed a happy childhood without ever lacking for anything.

As the years passed, Nesota received her both her primary and secondary education in the only two schools of the idyllic settlement. These were both housed in the same building, which was simply named “Averill Point Educational Facility”, and depending on the demand it either added or removed cumulative grades where necessary. For the young Nesota, who only had a dozen classmates at most throughout her educational career, this allowed her to receive a lot of personal attention from her teachers; many of whom would later still recall her as a cheerful, generally rather talkative and bright student with the childish ambition to outperform her older sister.
