Serial number TB Five-Oh-Seven, trooper of the Imperial Army. A hard worked, loyal, and well disciplined Scout Trooper that stands proudly within the ranks of both the Empire, and the Imperial Army itself. Spears works with dedication, but even through his hard work, there is a soft spot and a kind side to him. He’s always seen smiling. A bright, flashy smile can constantly be seen on his face. Even in the most dire situations, or the worst case scenarios, Spears finds how to make a wise crack or a smart ass comment in an attempt to boost morale. He’s usually seen in a good mood, always treating those around him with respect… as much respect as he can give to those in the Navy anyways.

“The soldier, above all other people, prays for peace, for he must suffer and bear the deepest wounds and scars of war. ~ Unknown Source
+
No longer a man of smiles and joy, but one of turmoil and destruction. Spears previous life has all but vanished from him, fading away to a stiff, cold man. Someone who's seen the worst of it all while being deployed on every single backwater planet going to one corner of the galaxy and back, and witnessing some of the most gruesome things known to beings. Even though some of his memory is wiped, while not permanently, his personality took a drastic change for the worse and Riles disappeared from within him. He's turned into a war machine, a man armed to the toes and teeth, advanced at the core, and has become apart of war. Forgotten or not, dead or alive, he's still fighting. You have to give him credit though, he's been killed twice and yet he's mysteriously still alive. Go figure why he's such a hard ass. Spirit be willed, may it rest in him in forever peace.

Personality, Traits, and Biography
Childhood & Pre-enlistment
Born in the area of City 7, now dubbed as "Frozen Hell," Spears had endured and survived through the harsh winter conditions. His body became accustomed to the frozen environment and is now used to icy, cold, and harsh climates. What is a moderate or normal temperature feels beyond that to where it is hot. Because of the area he grew up in the Southeastern hemisphere of Corellia, Spears could be commonly seen with his sleeves rolled up in lower degree climates. He has been spotted on occasion, to be shirtless in freezing degree weather. He's even been found commenting and joking that Hoth would probably be a tropical vacation.
+
Accessories
As he grew up, he trained himself to shoot a weapon. Starting at a young age, he knows almost every basic to advanced firearm and has probably shot every one of them. His skills improving greatly as if his body was already was used to the fine skills of shooting he became fond of hunting. He always had to hunt for food for his family as they grew up, venturing out into the cold areas in search for predators or other animals, and to return on most occasions successful. Once he was able to leave Corellia, Spears explored the vastness of space and also grew into an interest of being a mercenary. Spears was found to be a commonly hired man for his expertise in shooting almost any weapon and the ability to have great durations of patience. Because of what he does; Spears can be found with a smile on any occasion, a man that sees the bright side in every situation. As a trained marksman, he knows to keep his cool, have patience, and never goes hay-wire.
+
Apparel
Enlistment
+
:Off-duty: During the few and little times he's seen out of his armor, he wears his fatigues. he cannot be caught in any formal dress clothing of any type, but feels that he must remain situated and ready so he can act accordingly and quickly. The fatigues he wears are urban camouflage digitized, marking him with specks of white, variations of gray, and shades of black in squared off boxes dotted a crossed his uniform. This makes him blend in easily with most surroundings, not marking him as a target to a presented enemy. This is usually under his jumpsuit, if he's wearing armor. If not -on rare occasions-, Spears wears his fatigues over his jumpsuit if he's absent from armor by being at a formal event or meeting.

Upon Enlisting into the Empire, Spears already knew where his place lied. He had envisioned himself service in the Imperial Army, as one of the men in white. Jumping at the chance of acceptance into the Imperial Academy, he zipped through with flying colors before proceeding to Army training. After his focused -yet somewhat nervous- work was completed within the Academy, he had been accepted in the ranks of a true Imperial. More so, a soldier in the Army.
+
:Armor: Spears wears quite a unique set of armor. His Scout Trooper armor has a cover coating of personal design. While the Imperial Army has white plastoid armor, to engrave fear into their opponents, Spears does not disrespect that. However, he'd rather display himself in a more fearful fashion and fight. As far as he knows, it's the only pattern of that type of paint in the Empire currently worn by him and Task Force Dagger, marking out the group of men as individuals and different. While it may be different, it's quite favored among the special forces in the group. Even if they're all insane, psychopathic, leatherneck soldiers. The armor is white, just as similar to the standard set, but all men are required to wear pauldrons. The armor worn among the men also has a small Imperial emblem engraved into the top left side of their helmets along with a spade, a winged sword, and a skull on the back - Task Force Dagger's emblem in tints of gray and black, varying in shades to make out the shapes. The rest of the armor, torso and legs, is covered in a unique heavy black trim with some orange edging to match his kama and pauldron. Most show combat experience though; paint dulling, blaster marks, scrapes and scratches, and the occasional dent or puncture in one of the task force's members' armor.

While going through the Imperial Academy with a quick breeze, he had picked up a close friend along the way. Cadet Cuun, commonly refered as "Rad" through his nickname. Albiet their differences through service, one Navy while Spears remained Army, they grew close in their frienship as brothers. Through their Imperial service, they came strong allies to one another as well as getting to know eachother far better than they did in seperated Academy classes by different professors. While both graduated quite well, Spears knew it would be quite a lasting friendship, one that should never be let go of.
+
Personal Items
Imperial Army
+
:Skull Balaclava: A story in itself. Beneath the helmet of a mysterious man comes yet forth another problem. Instead of an Imperial Army issued head wrap, designed to be easily fit with the body suit, Spears opted for a balaclava of his own. And a quit unique one, as it does have a skull face on it. He's never spoke of why he wears it, or why he even has it. Few, if any even saw him in such, as he appears to constantly be in a full set of his personalized Scout Trooper armor wherever he wanders. It can be guessed though that it's worn in honor of his friends, and lost allies during the war. It's also rumored that it's not to be touched, and if so, Spears would use aggressive and violent nature onto those who dare come within fingers reach as he considers it disrespect to the dead and the souls. It's his pride and joy it seems, as it is carefully administrated after and well taken care of after being worn all the time beneath his helmet. Perhaps one of his mostly guarded secrets of why he wears a mask like that.

Proud of his service, and status within the Army, he was glad to be working as a biker scout. Spears had been known to be quick, reflexive, and agile in his movements. Usually focusing on speed and tactics, he prevailed over his opponents, who in turn, usually cared more about brute force and strength. Not only this, but his skills with long range weaponry may just be close to second to none. He is fluent in using a rifle, but has the senses and is trained as a sniper. There’s a sixth sense to him… no one just doesn’t know what it is.
+
:Kama: A piece of culture in itself, and a personal item of his that's been passed down for years. It was previously worn from his deceased father, and being an only child, had taken in all possessions. It's also one of his last personal items, something that's loved closely to him. It's the color of jet black, with a orange liner along it's edges. Black standing for Justice and Orange for a lust of life, per Mandalorian armor colors. The edges themselves are hardly torn, even after it's past use, showing that it's well cared for and looked after. Being another one of Spears' most valuables, he cherishes it dearly and keeps a close eye on it as he tries to keep it into top condition.

Abilities
+
:Sergeant's Pauldron: Used to represent his rank and status within the Imperial Army, marking him as a senior NCO. The pauldron is also jet black, with a orange trim leaving it to match with his Kama as well. While it doesn't exactly fit accordingly with his Scout Trooper armor, he only wears it while in Imperial Territory such as Coruscant or Corellia during off-duty/patrolling hours. However, instead of the common three magazine pouch as seen on most Stormtrooper armor pauldrons, he instead carries a Buck Knife, a personalized holster for it. This enables easy over the chest cross-draw for quick reactions.

Serving in the Imperial Army as a Scout Trooper, Spears’ work employs in the directions of marksman capabilities. This usually means he has to have good reflexes, above average speed, and is quick to think on his feet. As he’s served, he’s proven quite capable through all of them, especially his ability to use a rifle. With the favoritism of long-range weaponry, he has honed his skills to the best, particularly favoring the Nightstinger as his primary weapon. Even so, he still requires maneuverability, so even the trusty old Scout Pistol will be well assured -and put to good use- by him.

Personality
 +

 +
After the flux and flow of death for him, his mood of a sober, cheery man who probably was care-free about everything turned him to a dark, hardened, and sharp being. Many scars that are physical mark him, the two on his neck from the patrol and execution, as well as his cybernetic arm from explosive ordinance during his past life. These represent him quite well, even though they're untold puzzles just like everything else about him. He knows war, just like he knows that back of his hand. He knows that politics can screw it over, and that in order to trust you must hate. The sands of time are bloodied, and drenched in lost souls who cry in terror. He knows he's become ruthless, yet still a disciplined, organized, and well kept man - Spears proves to be deadly in his effective and accurate capabilities. How he carries out tasks are with lethal and deadly force, often acting with aggressive behavior towards enemies and anyone outside of the Empire. And even those who dare mock and/or harm Task Force Dagger in any way.

While being in the Biker Corps, Spears has also improved on his reconnaissance, proving him as a excellent runner and scout. Always being more than willing to be the first to go in or check what’s up ahead, it’s quite common to see Spears volunteer as quickly as he can. If his duties do not require that of a sniper, or scout, he provides a messenger then. Being quick and agile, he can duck, roll, and dive out of the way of stray or oncoming fire. None-the-less, he can be seen during the middle of combat to run straight through the deadly beams of energy, just to deliver the message in the case a COM unit does not work properly. Spears knows the risk of this. While he may take a hit and be injured, even severely, he still draws breath…
+
Even though now that Spears is no longer a softy, but quiet and over watching, he still has a protective fatherly love in him. Being Mandalorian, it comes as instinct. Even though he's failed to have a child of his own and raise him as a warrior, his love for anyone who deserves more than what they get or come under his protection are well guaranteed to get it. He still practices his traditions though, reciting the fallen daily as they'll never be forgotten and fathering those under his command with respect. While his Mando'a isn't fully developed, due to his father getting killed before he taught Spears everything, he is still learning on the go. He respects many though, and seems to even have a bit of a religious side to him. It hadn't shown during his previously, possibly being one of the changes in him over time just as many others did. While it's not strong faith, he certainly believes in Mandalorian customs and thinks that's what has been saving him all this time.

…And while breath still can be drawn, the messages could still be delivered.
+
Still yet though, underneath the rage and revenge that boils on the surface in an awfully frighting, quiet way Cole could yet be buried deep with in him. How much and where though is unknown, as he seems to have become quite a different man. Even so, combat is what gets him really lively. During field operations or missions, Spears is known to "mouth off" or his informalities are presented. Even to officers and NCOs alike. He can be viewed as perky, curious, and a general joker during the middle of combat or an operation. Being a Scout Trooper though, it's not exactly a surprise that he's overly cocky and has a large amount of pride. While complaints may be expressed, he usually does it in a sympathetic manner/teasing way. It's the only good side of him that's seen left. Even if it is quite rude to talk of to and about officers or others in general. Apparently it has something to do with being honored by serving in an elite corps. So says Spears.

Corporal John William
+
Spears ability to handle a weapon is pretty close from second to none, being unparalleled to others. While he used to favor explosives, his tastes seem to have come towards longer range weaponry, as well as his skill levels with them. Being a Scout Trooper, he is quite adapt at using different weapon items, but is the most effective at being a designated Marksman. From a long rifle to a pistol, he can use both with deadly accuracy, something not to be messed with. He's proud of his status as a sharpshooter as well, carrying on other similar characteristics. He's highly trained in stealth, scouting, reconnaissance, search and destroy, and assassination missions. Being a man that prefers infiltration, special operations, and black ops, he is lethal at most. While there is other ranges of talents that he has good traits in, nothing comes to close to the sniper related trainings that he does.
 +

 +
Connections
A thin relation had come up between Spears and John, commonly called “Will,”. But as time managed to go by and Spears had made it into the Army where Will served, their friendship grew into a brotherly bond. Their service together had lengthened and both were commonly seen together in combat operations or field events. During off duty hours the two could be caught chatting or having a drink at the local bar or cantina.
+
Task Force Dagger
 +
A personal squad made up of close friends and hardened veterans. While not official, or unofficial if at all existing, the group is just compromised of some of the best scouts in the Imperial Army. Perhaps even, the Empire. The men have become so well adapt at their duties of recon, scouting, communications, search and destroy, sniping, infiltration, and other high risk and near suicidal missions they're commonly called "Team Dagger" or "Dagger" for short, usually going by the call signs Dagger, Saber, Shortsword, Longsword, and Broadsword. Most don't know they're around, whether it'd be friendlies or not. The group is looked upon as hostile to pretty much anything outside of the Empire, acting with lethal and extremely deadly force. They're tactics, techniques, and logic behind situations is efficient and accurate.

Through their discussions and chats, both of the men came closer to knowing each other. With this and time, Spears had learned some shocking information. Riles Cole, a cousin and very close friend of Spears, had been killed. Spears had learned that Riles had been a very close man and Will’s squad leader of the Ghost Bears. A reconnaissance unit that had held Scout Troopers for a quick reaction force and a scouting unit. Spears had learned more about Riles than he thought. The man had been greatly loved by the Army, especially those in Enlisted ranks and his Legion. He had also survived a mysterious death that never came through an operation in which he and Will were the only survivors of the squad, Ghost Bears.
+
There has been only four recorded deaths in total; Private Buck, Private First Class Checker, Private First Class Ka`Marick, and Corporal LaRone. The total number of men in the group is unknown, however it's been estimated that there are about twenty field operators, excluding command units. All the men come from different Legions within the Imperial Army, those of which are classified. Most of their prior service is unknown, but suggests military work due to their effectiveness, and consider themselves elitist.

After which, Riles and Will remained close after their friends had lost. The only reason they lived was because 1st Lieutenant Karon Alfan had a mission in the area and personally sought out the rescue mission with a squad of her Stormtroopers. Being quickly carried to medical facilities due to their injuries, they healed. Shortly after this, they resumed active duty and were found on a escort mission with Navy Captain Stanov. With a swift and undetected rebel attack at a nearby star port, Riles had lead Will to check it out. After being separated in different directions as the fire fight ensued, Riles never returned. It was later assumed he had been MIA before being reported KIA a week later after failed findings. It had been shortly realized though that the man defected before being captured and executed.
+
While Spears (Riles), or any other survivors are not acting as an official Imperial group or squad, they're just commonly reflected upon Team Dagger because of their field work and combat abilities when working together. The men in the Team are all good men, and brothers to one another. Most come from Mercenary, or equal backgrounds to such before service in the Empire. Through Imperial training, they've become disciplined and hardened to the core. They're advanced in seperate trainings and rolls, tactically trained to the best, and are always trying to maintain their top performance. They're an assault task force, prepared to take on any threat or foe in the galaxy. A team of members, trained in discipline and expertise, made to survive anything used against them and the harshest of environments. They're loyal to the Empire, and the Empire along, upholding peace and order throughout planets and sectors. They're presence is threatening, throwing fear into their opponents right on sight. They're the toughest of the tough, most bad ass, and hardest trained troopers you could ever encounter. Alone, one is strong. Together, they're family. Task Force Dagger.

Will carried on his duties in smooth missions and relaxed operations. After hearing the full side of the story, Spears had been crushed and felt defeated. None-the-less, Spears shared no sympathy for his close cousin as of what he had done was wrong. Will however, became a ally to Spears and a close friend.

To be continued...

After Spears’ and Will’s friendship increased they became as close to brothers as one can come. Shortly after this, Will had requested Spears to come with him to the tragic site as a guest and a friend to have company. In agreement, Spears traveled with Will to where his squad had been killed in action. As the two proceeded through thick forestry to come upon a grass field on their speeder bikes, the site where the squad landed and was ambushed could come into view. The grass was only slightly thicker than before, and the trees were also thicker and greener. Other than that, the stories Will told checked out and the realism came to life. In a flash, a group of rebels appeared before disappearing again in a blink.
+
Twilight Raid
Hesitating, Spears realized this was only a flashback as he was living by the stories Will told. In all means and truth, they were quite real and matched up perfectly. Halting, Will jumped off his speeder bike before slowly trudging forward what Spears called the “Walking Blues,”. The man went into a jog before falling to his knees and removing his helmet, tears laden on his face. Spears had remained where he was at on his speeder bike and gave Will his time. It was his Sergeant, his friend, and his close brother and teacher. It may have been Spears close cousin, but he kept his distance and only made his vows in silence. He didn’t know squad Ghost Bears, but from what he has heard, they’ve proven to be quite a reaction force.
+
To be continued...

Beyond Will, only a few helmets could be seen sitting atop spears that were sunk into the earthy dirt. The scout trooper helmets where weathered and worn down, some dented or cracked, but seemed to remain undisturbed. It was a haunting feeling, a ghostly one to look at them. But yet relaxing, brothers who did their duty. His emotions could not be expressed. While those helmets sat atop the spears, only two where missing. Will’s, and Riles’.
+
Just Means
Standing up, Will murmured a prayer to them with a boy of his head before retreating back to the speeders. The only comfort that was received from Spears to Will was a pat on the back and reassurance it’d be okay. Spears gave the guy some room as he needed space to breath for now until he calmed down. Back handing his face and wiping away the tears of his leathered gloves, Will donned his helmet in place. No more is known than this, as Spears doesn’t speak of the event much, nor is much information given out.

Master Sergeant Riles H. Cole
 +

 +
His previous alias for a name, and previous life. While his personality took a whole turn-a-bout and formed into something else, he's still the same man. His memories, not yet fully complete, are coming back to him slowly. Riles could have been seen as a joyous and laid back sort of guy. While Spears can still be, he is often times now, just quiet and grumpy. It may seem all existence of Riles has been erased from Spears, there still seems to be some buried deep within him.
 +

 +
Private First Class Sean Rayden
 +

 +
Not much is known about Sean, other than that he was a member of Task Force Dagger, as well as one of the only few ever reported KIA in the unit. The loss of his life also has seemed to effect Spears that most than others for unknown reasons. He was also the communications/electronics expert in the first squad.
 +

 +
Corporal John William
 +

 +
Former comrade and yet still at his side, John has been through it all with Spears. Despite his low rank, he's a very intelligent man and a combat veteran. Specializing in close quarters combat, John is the Task Force's designated close range expert. He is highly trained in knife and martial arts forms, being especially dangerous when within close proximity. He is also one of Spears best friends and closest allies, someone he can trust.
 +

 +
Private First Class Grant Clarke
 +

 +
Nothing is known about the man, his birth place, origins, service, and whether he's still alive or not. Even so, there's been a rumor that he is attached to Task Force Dagger, whether he exists or not, no one knows. At best, it is guessed that he's a field operative, specializing in repair and engineering. Only information that is known is that Spears had made the personal recommendation himself that dragged Grant into the unit.

Spears is commonly seen his armor, as he usually comments he feels naked or exposed without it. It’s become apart of him, like a moss on a tree and mustn’t be let go. While he’s usually seen with Scout Trooper armor -Not a surprise from the work he does- it’s quite unique. The armor itself has been camouflaged into a green, brown pattern mimicking darker shades of forestry environment or woodland areas. The armor can already be seen with slight dents in it and areas where the paint is scarred to a dark, charcoal black from blaster marks or continuous weathering. But, even from this, Spears’ armor is kept up to notch and clean. After all, he kind of favors having the scar marks, scratches, and dents on his armor. Shows he at least has some experience in the field.
+
Flight Officer Josef DeLaurel
A traditional Kama is worn around Spears’ legs, symbolizing that his family comes a crossed the ties of Mandalore. It can be easily fitted to his utility belt, as well as utilizing two blaster holsters for extra weapon efficiency and firepower if required. It’s coated the color of a dark gray, with a hue of brown touched into it to blend with his armor as well as his surroundings. Only at the edge of the Kama at the very bottom can cuts be seen and made out, by otherwise it seems to be very well taken care of and carefully inspected after as it’s one of Spears’ few personal possessions that still remains with him.
+
To be continued...

Spears hopes to wear the Pauldron in the coming days to display his status as a Sergeant. Though, he feels that it’ll take necessary time to properly achieve the rank through hard work and dedication towards not only the Imperial Army, but also the Galactic Empire. Earning the respect of his fellow comrade’s and his superiors though is what he finds most important -as well as obeying orders-. Through the coming days, he hopes to achieve on that correctly fights a Scout Trooper armor set. As he has yet to see it happen.
+
Captain Inara Imperium-Shadux
As much as he loves his armor, he can’t wear it all the time. During some parts of off-duty ours or relaxation he can be seen in his urban camo’d fatigues. On formal events or celebrations he wears his Army dress uniform. But not always. Sometimes he’s able to sneak in with his armor donned. It’s become more of a signature for him to be seen in his armor. If you see the man without it, you’ve probably just made history as it does come and go quickly when it happens and only happens on rare occasions.

Not much is known about Spears. He states he was born on Corellia, in the outskirts of City 7 to be exact. His family members are unknown and where he came from is also unknown. The man is quiet and keeps to himself when it comes to his family or his where abouts. Why this is, no one knows, not even his closest friends. The only reason he was recruited was because there were minor records of him on the holonet, he had a Corellian citizen card, as well as a speeder/ship permit. Where his original origins are or came from is usually of curiousity of others, but they'll most likely never know.

Recently, Spears expressed some quite important, if not even major information with his close friend Jason Con. Spears had explained to him about Riles Cole. And to Jason's shocking belief, he had found out Spears was Riles. When Riles Cole had been executed -or so thought-, he had been disposed of. Quite shockingly, he was still found with a pulse and brain activity, as it only takes a little bit of brain waves to revive someone. Taken care of and healed up by what is still an unknown source today, even to him, he recovered slowly and took time in healing. Once healed, he found that his name, "Riles Cole" and that all else was deleted from basically all information databases. Only a few personal possessions remained from what was no a past life, and a few new possesions including his new identity posted on the holonet, and was given the necessary citizen and government cards required to move on with life unnoticed. Only few of know of this closely guarded secret, and Spears still has black spots in his memory of his past as Riles Cole.

"Those who are dead are usually left forgotten. But they're still around, and always will be. Whether it's in memories, or simply they still exist but you don't know it."
— Riles Cole

Accessories

Apparel

Off-duty: During the few and little times he's seen out of his armor, he wears his fatigues. he cannot be caught in any formal dress clothing of any type, but feels that he must remain situated and ready so he can act accordingly and quickly.
Armor: Spears wears quite a unique set of armor.

Personal Items

Skull Balaclava: A story in itself.
Kama: A piece of culture in itself, and a personal item of his that's been passed down for years.
Sergeant's Pauldron: Used to represent his rank and status within the Imperial Army, marking him as a senior NCO.

Personality

Abilities

Connections

Task Force Dagger

Past Life

Master Sergeant Riles H. Cole

Private First Class Sean Rayden

Not much is known about Sean, other than that he was a member of Task Force Dagger, as well as one of the only few ever reported KIA in the unit. The loss of his life also has seemed to effect Spears that most than others for unknown reasons. He was also the communications/electronics expert in the first squad.

Corporal John William

Former comrade and yet still at his side, John has been through it all with Spears. Despite his low rank, he's a very intelligent man and a combat veteran. Specializing in close quarters combat, John is the Task Force's designated close range expert. He is highly trained in knife and martial arts forms, being especially dangerous when within close proximity. He is also one of Spears best friends and closest allies, someone he can trust.

Private First Class Grant Clarke

Nothing is known about the man, his birth place, origins, service, and whether he's still alive or not. Even so, there's been a rumor that he is attached to Task Force Dagger, whether he exists or not, no one knows. At best, it is guessed that he's a field operative, specializing in repair and engineering. Only information that is known is that Spears had made the personal recommendation himself that dragged Grant into the unit.
