Aspharr Montari Aspharr Montari (born Year -11 Day 73) is a Colonel currently serving as the Chief of Surveillance in the Imperial Security Bureau, a subdivision of COMPNOR. He is the brother of Tyrren Montari and the brother-in-law of Ciatri Montari. He is known as a former professional Grav-ball player and a talented and well-known swoop racer on Coruscant. He was born on Coruscant along with his fraternal twin, Tyrren Montari. Born into the upper middle class, they were raised by their father, Darien Montari, a career politician, and their mother, Celeste Montari, a doctor.
