Background
Seth Phifer comes from Kuat, born into a political family who's wealth and clout were known throughout the area. The Galactic Civil War was a big topic, however it felt eons away to the upper class. Seth began disliking his friends and family who, despite having the same political beliefs wouldn't physically take part in destroying those foolish brigands that have the audacity to attempt to usurp our Emperor and also our way life.
Seth is a dutiful Officer that will do his very best in every endeavor.
