The Imperial Nationalised Corporations, also commonly referred to as Nationalised Factions (NATs), are the industrial powerhouses behind the might that is the Galactic Empire. Throughout the history of the Empire there have been various organisations branded as NATs, each with their own area of expertise in the field of industry, for example the current Imperial Mining Corporation and its role in providing raw materials to the Empire and its citizens.

Black Star Corporation
== Overview and History The Black Star Corporation was a former Nationalised Faction of the Galactic Empire and member of the Imperial Industrial and Commerce Council in the early years of the Galactic Civil War. The faction served the primary purpose of providing top of the range ships for Imperial service, whilst also undertaking a research and development role to increase the functionality and ability of Imperial vessels. The faction largely based its operations out of the Farfin Sector, and in particular the Bilbringi system of which former leader and owner of Black Star Corporations, Victor von Ismay also served as the system governor. When Moff Ismay retired as CEO he retained ownership of the faction but passed on the main leadership role to Daiel DeCor.
