Early Years
Evendur grew up in what many would call a loving home. He had parents that adored him and provided for him, especially because he was an only child. He loved to spend his nights on the roof of the building that he lived admiring the Imperial Star Destroyers floating in the sky above and thought to himself that he would love to be in command of one.
One day Evendur was at home alone (his parents busy at work) when a loud explosion was heard across town. He was very curious what it was, but he was told not to go out when his parents weren't home, so he decided to wait and surely, they would tell him what it was when they got back. A couple hours had passed now Evendur having forgotten at this point about the explosion, when there was a knock at the door. Evendur opened the door to find an Imperial officer standing there "Are you Evendur Briggs?" he said. "Yes" Evendur replied. "I regret to inform you that your parents have been killed in a Rebel terrorist attack on their office building." At this moment all that 14-year-old Evendur could feel was anger and confusion. Why did they have to do this, why did it have to happen to him. He didn't know, but at this moment he knew for sure that he was going to join the imperial navy and end these Rebel terrorists once and for all.
