Gareth Sallaros is an Alderaanian Nobleman and current member of the Imperial Navy. Sallaros was born in the House Sallaros on Alderaan to parents Eliandra and Jekht (Y-7 D11) and left his home world for a life in the Empire after growing dissatisfied with the way most other nobles conducted themselves. Gareth holds a position in the Navy's capital command as part of the 5th Fleet's 11th Group, and he has been noted by psychiatric experts to be somewhat bi-polar, usually switching between a snotty, Noble attitude, and his actual attitude - one of a professional, generally distrustful individual.

Character History

Academia

Sallaros' time in the Imperial Academy was an interesting and important period of the young officer's life. Arriving at the Academy from his homeworld of Alderaan at Year 17, Day 115, Sallaros was little awed by the columns and ornate decoration of the Academy and its interiors, rather he felt quite at home, almost as if he was wandering among the palaces and government buildings of Alderaan once more. Assigned under the tutelage of Aves Selanno, Sallaros was keen to begin his studies and immediately began his study and hard work, establishing a reasonably respectable score of 92% on the first Volume of his training. Sallaros' social life was fairly lacking during his time at the Academy, during most of his off-time he mostly lingered on his rich, privileged attitude, something which was met with distaste by a majority of his trainers. When he was conducting training, however, and particularly in Volume 2, Sallaros was noted as professional, cool, and calculated, and had little trouble through the rest of his time in the Academy, graduating on Year 17 Day 133.
