It is unknown when, or if, Orphaea was 'born'. It is known that he was a subject of the project (not to be confused with [[The Project]] of the intelligence apparatus of the earlier Empire) commenced during the early years of Emperor Drayson's reign to develop superior leaders for the Empire by the manipulation and splicing of genetic material taken from promising young leaders of the time, from which all members of the Imperium family hail. COMPNOR

The Commission for the Preservation of the New Order, commonly referenced by its acronym COMPNOR, is an umbrella organization for various entities that are designed to maintain support for the New Order. COMPNOR (or the Commission for the preservation of the republic, as it was known at the time.) was created to support the Supreme Chancellor and the Republic war effort, organizing credits for clones drives and other patriotic programs. It was reorganized shortly after the end of the Clone Wars and establishment of the Galactic Empire into COMPNOR. Over the years, this branch of the Empire was made defunct, and separated into various Ministries.
