The Navy Special Operations Division Fleet was formed on June 2009 under the direction of Admiral Blackrain to serve as his elite group of warriors for any and all situations. This group consisted of highly trusted officers that have proven their strength and ability to get the job done, they were designed to be a faster more mobile unit, not assigned to any one sector able to react faster and quicker, able to drop and move at a single command.
