He served diligently through the enlisted ranks and was soon promoted up to the Officer rank of Senior Flight Sergeant. It was then that he was offered the positions of Fleet Second-in-Command (XO) and Commander of the Kloper system. He accepted these roles and was slotted into the Fleet Chain of Command. Since then, Otto has assisted in the leadership of the Fleet, and has watched the Orus Fleet develop into a formidable fighting force.
