Welck Kel-drona was born on Thyferra on Year -2, Day 42 to a father away in the Republic Navy, in an immensely pro-Imperial Family. His grandfather was a bacta worker for the Republic, and when the Empire formed his father transferred immediately and served for 10 years. Welck waited until 20, and joined the Empire in his father's footsteps. He graduated on Year 18, Day 74.
