Early Years & Pre-Enlistment
Born Skyre Aurelius Anasazi, to Thoran Anasazi and Serisa Torval. Skyre spent most of his early childhood in a standard family environment. Both his parents worked, he went to school and achieved average marks (data shows that school staff believed he could do much better).
The single constant for the young boy was space. Throughout childhood, and then into his early-to-mid teens, Skyre focused more on what it would take to get into space, rather than what it would take to make a life for himself.
At the age of 19, Skyre received his piloting certification rating, and used what little credits he had to buy his first space craft.
The following years, young Mr Anasazi gained no fame, nor fortune. Instead, Skyre spent the years freightering items for other parties, doing some odd smuggling, and trying his hand at trade (for which he had a natural talent).
A rather unfortunate, and unknown, turn of events lead Skyre to lose his credits and property at the age of 23. At this point, Skyre opted to enlist with the Empire, which lead him to where he is today.
Joining The Empire & Early Life As Enlisted
As with all new recruits, Skyre joined the Empire and immediately was sent to the Imperial Academy. Recording marks just short of achieving an advanced placement, Skyre eventually went on to join the Empire's Navy. By this point, Crewman Anasazi had started to regain his lost property and gain a little wealth, whilst serving with the Imperial Navy. The systems he was stationed in allowed him a good availability to ships, which he took to trading.
Outside of his trading, Skyre gained a new goal. It is recorded that young Crewman Anasazi decided that, although trade was important, it was only a hobby. This revelation lead to Skyre deciding to aim to join the Imperial Navy's elite forces in CAPCOM, the Navy's Capital Command branch.
Shortly there after, and after some classified operations, Skyre Anasazi was promoted to Flight Corporal. However, he did not stay at such a rank for long. After an Imperial Navy combat tournament, Skyre quickly rose through the ranks of the Imperial Navy to become a member of the senior enlisted with the ranks of Flight Sergeant, then Master Flight Sergeant. Pushing for his goal of joining the Imperial Capital Command as soon as possible.
Although Skyre's history is marred with some clashes with higher ranking officers, usually due to being an extremely difficult individual, young Anasazi has managed to get a career with the Empire in-line with what he has always wanted.
During a small reprieve, in the form of an Imperial Navy Tournament, the young pilot not only earned his second "Mention In Dispatches" award, but also a promotion. The Imperial Navy Tournament pitted pilots against each other to find out who was the best in the entire navy. Skyre was forced to fight simulated combat operations against other members of his group, then fleet, then against the fleet ace pilots from throughout the entire Imperial Navy. After achieving victory in both Group and Fleet events (earning him the place as the Fleet's ace fighter pilot), the then Flight Sergeant was quickly dispatched in the second round of fights. Feeling like he'd failed his comrades and fellow pilots in his fleet, he swore that next time he would win for them, and wouldn't stop till he made those goals a reality.
