- Hmm, excuse me for being rude and showing out of nowhere, but what does this page supposed to mean? 80% of what that is written here is historically incorrect. Who had the permission to edit this page with this senseless BS? Let's start with "Its accompanying brother fleet, the 6th Imperial Fleet, was created shortly after, and the two always seemed to be assigned to missions together, which led to a brotherly relationship between these two fleets not seen in any other Imperial Fleet at the time" - Hmm what? And that is based on? As a founding member of this fleet that sentence is all wrong. Let's give another example "But since Acting Commanding Officer Lieutenant JG Execurus Edun wasn’t extremely qualified for the job" Edun wasn't qualified for the job? He was more than experienced enough to handle the fleet on his own. "Rumors have it that during this time the fleet was despaired due to the event of one of their other Veteran Fleet Command members had left." rumours has it? despaired? what the hell? Oh like I that one the best, sorry for the words but: "The return of such a prosperous and talented Naval Officer led to his appointment as "Admiral of the Fleet", despite beliefs that he’d be the Commanding Officer of the 5th" Ok, we haven't exaggerated a bit regarding this one have we? And he wasn't supposed to be CO in the first place. "to aid Lieutenant Edun in commanding the fleet, as Edun was still somewhat inexperienced with all the duties as a commanding officer of a fleet." I can't believe how wrong this is, Edun was not inexperienced. This is just pure example of how experienced he was: "Lieutenant Edun was offered a spot as the new Navy Quartermaster position" that position wasn't handed out just for everyone you know. A lot of things were also taken off, some info that was put on Overmind, and also the info on the last CoS of the fleet.. Who changed this article? Fine, you can change the words to be more.. I dunno, fancy and stuff, but don't change historical facts, or at least don't make up things. Not that my opinion matters anymore, but for the sake of the people who are now in the 5IF, review this page again and change it for the better. --Ryan Roche 14:45, 4 June 2009 (CDT)
