Joe was born on Coruscant to a middle class trader.His parents taught him alot about tradering and he often studied the navi computer in his fathers freighter. His fathers ship was attacked by rebels but saved by the quick intervention of an imperial patrol. From that day Joe knew he had to join the Empire. He went to the imperiqal recruitment centre and was happily accepted because of his academic achievements and joined the Empire as Crewman Collins.
