Biography

Joe was born on Coruscant to a middle class family of traders. His parents taught him a lot about the merchant's life, and he often studied the navi-computer on his fathers freighter. One fateful day, his father's ship was attacked by Rebels, but it was saved by the quick intervention of an Imperial Navy patrol. From that day forth, Joe knew he would join the Galactic Empire. As soon as he was of recruiting age, he went to the nearest Imperial Recruitment Centre, and was happily accepted because of his academic achievements. Upon graduating from the Imperial Academy, he enlisted in the service and joined the Emperor's Navy as Crewman J. Collins. After serving in many missions and operations, he lastly held the rank of Staff Flight Sergeant in the Imperial Navy.

Service

Joe started his Academy training under Lieutenant Commander (then Lieutenant) Daniel Ascarion. He passed his exams with a final mark of 75%, and graduated. He subsequently enlisted as a Naval Crewman, and soon thereafter was assigned to one of the Navy's fleets.
