| + | I'd simply put all individuals into one category, Imperial or not. Few non-Imperials will be allowed an article on the Archives anyway, so no need to have their own category. ~Elvira Falston | ||

I'd simply put all individuals into one category, Imperial or not. Few non-Imperials will be allowed an article on the Archives anyway, so no need to have their own category. ~Elvira Falston
