Private Aeia Tavell - Imperial Army
Private Tavell was a loyal and dedicated Imperial Army soldier who lost her life thru the treachery of another. The following is the broadcast of the funeral held for her by then Second Lieutenant- Marcus Aurelius.
~A procession of stormtroopers caries the flag drapped coffin of Private Aeia Tavell onto review platform of the parade ground at the Imperial Army Headquarters on Carida. The parade ground is filled with Imperial Army personal in full dress uniform who have come to pay there last respects. Also present are various members of the different branches of the Empire who have come to join with the Army as they pay tribute to their fallen comrade.
Once the coffin is in place, Second Lieutenant Marcus Aurelius steps up to the podium on the review stand. He looks down sadly at the coffin of his departed comrade then looks out over the parade ground filled with Imperials here with him to mourn the loss of one of their own.
My fellow Imperials, it is with deep sadness that we are gathered here to pay tribute to the loss of one of our own. Private Tavell lost her life through the treachery of Prefect Raelin, who surrendered her Star Galleon to the Eidola Pirates. Private Tavell was aboard the ship at the time, and despite fighting bravely she was overwhelmed by both the superior numbers of the pirates and by the treachery of the Prefect. It is at the hands of the pirates that she ultimately met her death.
Private Tavell was a brave, honest and hardworking Imperial who dedicated her life to supporting and protecting the Empire and the Emperor. She served proudly as part of the First Legion and was an upstanding member of the Imperial Army. She will be greatly missed, by all of her comrades.~
