Niobe Asha is an Administrator in the Mandalorian Government and member of the Order of the Sith. Born on Lianna in the Allied Tion sector to Genet Sur'haai Asha, a wayward Mandalorian or dar'manda, and Lucien Asha, the youngest son of a middle class Hapan family, she lived there into her early teens before emigrating to Coruscant.
