Cherokee, 10th Emperor is a Y11 portrait of Thomas Cherokee following his ascension to the Imperial Throne by Ser Scott Hampton. On display for a short period at the Imperial Archives on Imperial Centre - it has since been relocated to the Imperial Palace.

Background

On Day 300, Year 11, the Imperial Historical Society commissioned Barab I native Ser Scott Hampton to paint the official portrait of Emperor Cherokee in celebration of his ascension to the Imperial Throne, following the abdication of Vodo Bonias.

Hampton utilized an oil on canvas style to lend the portrait a sense of nobility and classicism lacking in modern holographic imagery. On completion, the piece was presented to the Emperor as a gift, and lauded as a masterpiece of the Imperial Art Movement.
