Biography

Appearance

Elvira is a young human with long, blond hair and bright, light blue eyes. She's of average height, around 5 feet 9 inch tall, and has a slim, athletic figure. She isn't very curvy but still keeps a very feminine appearance. Her skin isn't tanned or pale, but somewhere in between and is obviously well taken care of. She's slim and in a healthy condition, showing that she probably sports or trains a lot. Elvira has a rather pretty face, but always looks stern and neutral, rarely walking around with a smile on her face. She walks with a steady pace and when she speaks, it'll nearly always be on a calm, pleasant tone.

Background

Elvira Falston was born in Coruscant in an average family. Her father was a merchant and her mother stayed at home to take care of her, their only child. Thanks to her stable and fairly wealthy family, she grew up without having to deal with any big problems or complications, making her a slightly spoiled child, but because of her persistent and ambitious nature, she didn't let it weaken her personality.

At the University of Coruscant, she followed medical studies and she was rather good at it, but she realised that the life of a doctor or nurse wasn't what she really wanted. Whenever she had some spare time, she trained her body or practiced with weapons, dreaming of a successful military career one day in the service of the Emperor. One day she got called out of class and was informed that her father had died in an ambush by pirates while he was on his way to a remote planet to trade his goods there. The young girl was devastated, her perfect life suddenly collapsing. Not much later, her mother became ill, unable to handle the loss, and Elvira had to give up her studies to take care of her mother. Even though Elvira spent a lot of time, effort and money on trying to help her mother, she dies 8 months after her father had been murdered. The treatment had cost so much that Elvira wasn't able to continue her studies and decided that it was time to fulfill her dream: become a soldier of the Galactic Empire, hoping to get higher up and have her revenge on all "low-life scum", as she calls the pirates and thieves, of the Galaxy.

Personality

Elvira's usual neutral look

Elvira has a blind loyalty to the Emperor and the Empire, considering all enemies of the Empire her own and rarely getting along with anyone who doesn't support the Galactic Empire. She has only one goal in the Empire: earn her position and hunt down and eliminate all pirates, thieves and smugglers, even though she's fully ware that there'll always be criminals. She often acts bitchy and cold to strangers, especially non-humans, but even to people she knows she acts neutral, stern and calm, but this also means that if she smiles, one can be sure that it's not a fake smile. When in unknown regions or in company of strangers, she often isolates herself and others may find it very hard to communicate with her. The only people who won't seem to have a problem with this are her superiors and people with a prominent role in the Empire, as she has the greatest respect for those people and will always act friendly towards them.

This young human also has her good sides though, as she is ambitious, hard-working and respectful (to those that she deems worthy of her respect, that is). She's always willing to do anything for her superiors and loves to help her fellow Imperials out. She can handle a lot of pressure and nearly always acts calm and patient, only losing her temper in the most extreme situations. When she's in the right mood, she can also be charming and even a bit flirty, though this is very rare. When she is in such moods though, it's still advised to watch out around her, as she won't hesitate to abuse her charm to get something she needs.

Ever since she was young, Elvira has loved large cities, even though her love is limited to the rich, safe areas, avoiding the downtown district where the shadier types meet. She loves to have long, peaceful walks on beaches, in parks or anywhere calm. Most may not expect it, but one of her big passions is cooking: she loves all sorts of food and adores cooking for friends or fellow Imperials, as long as she gets a few compliments from time to time.

As a soldier, Elvira Falston prefers the use of long-range weapons such as rifles. She doesn't have a lot of combat experience yet, but seems to always be preparing for it, often training, jogging, and practicing with weapons. She is trying to become a Scout Trooper, already familiar with the use of speeders and honing her skills in the use of sniper rifles. She avoids pistols as she finds them unreliable and never uses heavy weapons, preferring to rely on speed and mobility in combat. Apparently she can be deadly with melee weapons, such as knives and even with her bare hands, but she would only use it as a last resort.

Service

Imperial Army

When she realised she had to sign up in the Empire now or never, the young woman collected some personal belongings, said goodbye to her friends and home, and stepped on her speeder bike. After a long travel, she reached the nearest Imperial centre and handed in her application. It was accepted and the Empire transported her to the Academy. Elvira was a good student and spent a lot of time reading and practicing in the Imperial Academy. After graduating with 90,3% without failing a single exam, Elvira applied to join the Army and was quickly accepted.

Career

Elvira while on duty

Private [E-2]

After graduating, Elvira was accepted into the Imperial Army and given the rank of Private. She often isolated herself and wandered around in the ship or mess hall all by herself, spending most her time training with weapons. She only began to open up more as she met some of the recruits that had signed up after her, such as Michael Korleeon, Nixon Spears, Alor`ad Cuun, Kelmanis Vaan, and so on.

Private First Class [E-3]

As a private, Elvira Falston helped out with a mission assigned to the Army and was promoted to Private First Class thanks to her strong sense of discipline and her support in the mission. During her time as private FC, she finally began to feel like she was part of the Empire. She didn't really consider herself to have any friends, but she occasionally joined the other enlisted in the mess hall to listen to their conversations, though rarely participating herself.

Corporal [E-4]

After signing up for a secret operation of the Empire, the young soldier was granted the rank of Corporal as she prepared herself for her very first operation as a member of the Empire. In her time as a Corporal, she met Kiari Hadrian and Josef DeLaurel and finally began to relate to those who had been in the Empire before her. She had always tried to show as much respect as she could to them, but never really dared approach them personally. When they made the first step, her time as "loner" was finally over.

Sergeant [E-5]

By helping her legion out with some administrative work, she was promoted to the rank of Sergeant and awarded the Mentioned in Dispatchers ribbon. Elvira quickly made herself known as an imperial who knew what she wanted, sometimes appearing rather stubborn. She wasn't afraid of discussing delicate matters with officers, and sometimes this even resulted in small incidents with some officers. Nonetheless, she tried her best to respect her superiors and avoid confrontations. One conflict with an officer even resulted in the suspension of the "Legion of the Month" award, also known as the LoM. Despite these complications, she continued to work hard for her legion and was awarded a Letter of Commandation.
