| − | Today Kuat Drive Yards and its subsidiaries are renowned as the designer of the wedge shaped hull that became the trade mark of the Imperial Navy's capital ships and allowed to focus all firepower on the front arc of the ship. Designs well known throughout the Galaxy, like: the Acclamator Assault ship, the Victory class Star Destroyer, the Venator class Star Destroyer and off course KDY?s most prized design the Imperator or Imperial Class Star Destroyer. This last design later even culminated into the design for the Executor Star Dreadnought also known as the Super Star Destroyer. There are also smaller warship designs like the Nebulon-B Escort Frigate and the Lancer class Frigate. Finally for the private ship owner who just wishes to fly the best, KDY provides lighter vessels like the FireSpray patrol craft and the Cloakshape Fighter.
