Biography
Joe was born on Coruscant to a middle class trader.His parents taught him alot about tradering and he often studied the navi computer in his fathers freighter. His fathers ship was attacked by rebels but saved by the quick intervention of an imperial patrol. From that day Joe knew he had to join the Empire. He went to the imperial recruitment centre and was happily accepted because of his academic achievements and joined the Empire as Crewman Collins. After serving in many missions and operations, he's now a Staff Flight Sergeant in the Imperial Navy.
Service
Joe started his traning under Lieutenant Commander (then Lieutenant) Daniel Ascarion. He passed his exams with 75% and graduated as a crewman and assigned to a fleet within the Navy.
