Life in the Financial Sector

Growing up under the tutelage of a large scale real estate magnate, Rossi grew up with proverbial silver spoon in his mouth however that high upbringing came with a hefty price. His hard hitting, aggressive and ruthless father, Villiax. Villiax ran his personal life as he ran his business venture, and reflected his ambitions, nature and calculating nature unto his son. From an early age Rossi was taught the fundamentals of the strong surviving and prospering, while the weak fell and died off without a whisper. In early life Rossi's childhood was filled with tutor's and high end nannies all to nurture the young Talratheon into a younger and more resourced him. However his older sister did not take in these hardened lessons as amicably as Rossi and distanced her self from their father. Rossi on the other hand embraced the lessons and took the advice of his family patriarch to heart.

Rossi's Home District on Coruscant

Villiax was a tall and imposing man often using his stature to intimidate other business partner and owners, though he was never tied into illegal activity that never stopped law enforcement from investigating his firm or his family. Being a self made business man he started out on the lower slum districts purchasing the legal permits for food stands, then holding the permits over the illegal food stand operators for purchase to gain his first return payments and food hold before purchasing lower income housing and renovating them before reselling them at tripled prices. The increased cash flow eventually led him to buying up industrial buildings and finally founding his real estate firm. Notorious for pressing out low income tenants and in debt renters caring little for the aftermath made him quickly known as a ruthless land baron.

With the destabilization of lower income districts unknown to to law enforcement, Villiax Talratheon using the money amassed from industrial renovations and upbringing of out dated factories to code he quickly bought up slums using the means of extortion and blackmail to tear it all down and rebuilt towers selling the valuable durasteel parts and piping to his clients in the now stabilized factory districts. Keeping his very young son at his side in even sensitive business meetings he offered him first hand aspects of his cold and calculating practices. Like any son Rossi idolized his wealthy father regardless of the pain he pressed upon others who couldn't afford his real estate services.

By the time Rossi reached the age to begin attending primary school he picked up his father habits, in all senses behavioral and a fashion sense. Dressing rather formally a majority of the time and using his allowance to buy friends, bribe bullies and gain quick useless school popularity. This method worked for a majority of the students however like all individuals in school everyone had enemies and everyone had friends. Unfortunately his enemies had more family money than him and they used it to thwart Rossi's methods of power. On the other side of the spectrum his older sister Johee in rebellion of their father spent her time in the less than popular crowd avoiding the fact she was wealthy, the complete opposite personality of her younger brother.

This soon led to the siblings bumping heads in school, two Talratheons different ideals led to sibling friction both home and academic. Bullying and rumors alike begin to take root, it didn't take long for the father to step in and quickly press and end to the sibling rivalry in the form of deportation by sending away Johee to a girls reformatory. Rossi felt no heartloss nor any emotion regarding it since his father made the choice of it.

This left Rossi to his schooling without the burden of his sister's clique, He wasn't an academic child nor was he considered an athletic one. Pulling average grades and an allowance hefty enough to choke a rancor Rossi pushed himself through school with ease sugaring needed palms and making more friends. It didn't take long before Rossi pressed himself from primary school to secondary and quickly moving up to graduate into his teenage years where he'd spend his after school hours picking up boxing classes and aiding at his father's firm picking up tips of the trade and the hardness of negotiations.

Over the years he learned of his father's mortality and his power, bearing witness to both defeat at a board table and success and intimidation. While others feared, revolted and even hated him his son Rossi loved him as a father, patriarch and mentor.
