Fleet Admiral Angelus Goth is the Imperial Military's Commanding Officer. Before he became the Military Commanding Officer, he was known as Admiral Goth. He was the Naval Commanding Officer.

Being that he is the Military Commanding Officer, he is the head of both the Imperial Navy and the Imperial Army alongside with the Army Commanding Officer and the Naval Commanding Officer.
