The painting was done sometime in the first quarter of Year 12.  That artist herself was Nubian, becoming well known in the Core Worlds for her painting of her home world.  The painting is believed to be inspired by the ascension of [[Thomas Cherokee]] to the Imperial Throne, the artist once again gaining hope that her homeworld might one day return to [[Imperial]] Rule.
