Vladamiur Veselov is currently a Major in the Imperial Army and the Brigade Executive Officer of the 1st Brigade which is a Brigade within the 1st Imperial Legion.

History

Family

Vladamiur Veselov was the first born out of three brothers born to two loving parents in a middle class neighborhood on Corellia. His father worked as a clown doing birthday parties and visiting children's wings of hospitals. Vladamiur's mother worked as zamboni driver for a local hockey team. By all respects it was quite the average family but surprisingly there was a history of mental illness on the fathers side.

Early Arrests

According to local court documents Vladamiur's first run in with the law was at the tender age of 8. Documents indicate that Vladamiur was accused of beating another child with a metal lawn ornament when the child questioned why he should give Vladamiur his lunch money. All charges were dropped when the only witness (the child who was beaten) died after having mysteriously fallen off the roof of an abandoned building.

At the age of 10 Vladamiur was arrested and charged with having possession of an unregistered blaster. Vladamiur's lawyer claimed that Vladamiur had have found the blaster in a garbage can and was taking it to authorities. Forensics indicated the blaster had been used in at least two previous murders but due to Vladamiur's age and the surprisingly expensive defense attorney all charges were dismissed.

At the age of 13 Vladamiur was arrested after a confidential informant indicated that large number of stolen goods were being pawned at a little known back alley pawn store. Video surveillance indicated that the 13 year old Vladamiur had pawned a number of stolen pieces of jewelry. The jewelry was found to have come from a home invasion that had ended in an extremely violent homicide. Due to his age and a lack of evidence in the murder he was only charged with possession of stolen goods and selling or receipt of stolen goods. The first trial ended in a mistrial after two jurors were found dead in their homes of suspicious self inflicted blaster shots. In the second trial the jurors were put into protective custody and a guilty verdict was handed down. Due to Vladamiur's age he was put into a Juvenile Detention Facility on Corellia and served only 12 months.

Gang Activity

While Vladamiur was 15 a gang in Corellia known as the Jokerz had begun to make the local news and police blogs. The Jokerz center of power was in a seemingly peaceful middle class neighborhood in Corellia and not a place one would normally associate with a violent street gang. The Jokerz became well known for violent home invasions, muggings and seemingly random murders. The gang which began to dress up like clowns around this time was according to the Corellian news run by Vladamiur himself still only a teenager. In the Corellian underworld (when you could find anyone that would talk about him) Vladamiur had a reputation for violent outbursts, murder and sadistic torture.

An expose was done on Vladamiur Veselov who was by now 19. This expose was done by a now deceased reporter for Channel 14 News on Corellia. The expose which aired on prime time indicated that much of the local Law Enforcement, DA's Office as well as the Mayor's Office were being paid off by the Jokerz. According to this local report this is why Vladamiur was neither charged nor convicted of any crimes. The reporter died shortly after this expose when he was accidentally run over by a three ton steam roller. The news office itself blew up with most of the staff perishing in the flames less than a month later. The official police report indicated that the explosion was caused by a faulty gas main.

It should be noted that the allegations by Channel 14 News and others were never substantiated and any such allegations were met at the time with lawsuits. That is if the individual making those allegations actually survived to the court date which rarely happened. Accidents are known to happen and steam rollers can go a muck.

Service Summary

Imperial Academy

On Day 267 in the Year 16 Vladamiur entered the Imperial Academy. While at there he excelled in classes associated with the Imperial Army. His favorite courses involved Imperial Army History but it was in Principals of Ground Warfare and Advanced Ground Combat Maneuvers that Vladamiur finally excelled. It was through these Imperial Army courses that it became apparent that Vladamiur would join the Imperial Army upon graduation.

Vladamiur graduated with honors and received his [IABG-H] award on Year 16 Day 274 and immediately entered the Imperial Army as a 2nd Lieutenant. A small historical note on his time at the Academy is that Vladamiur holds the honor of being the very first Recruit that was trained by Deputy Secretary Angelus Devaron.

Imperial Army

Vladamiur Veselov entered the Imperial Army on Year 16 Day 274 as a 2nd Lieutenant. He joined the 1st Brigade of the 1st Imperial Legion then under the command of COL Emillio Peares.

In Year 17 Day 56 Vladamiur Veselov now a Captain in the 1st Imperial Legion was appointed as the BXO (Brigade Executive Officer) of the 1st Brigade under the command of then BGEN Wilhelmy Quel-Sara.
