Sindor Thul is a Junior Superintendent in the Galactic Empire as part of the Regional Gorvernment branch, stationed in the Kuat Oversector.

Background

Having been born on the 253th day of the year -8, Sindor Thul grew up on the farm lands of his family on Alderaan. His late father, Isaac Thul of Highrock, was owner of the family’s land inherited through generations. Being a member of the lower nobility of Alderaan, the house Thul of Highrock claims to be descendant from the old house of Thul who fought for the throne of Alderaan during the days of the Old Republic and which has been allied to the old Sith Empire of that era. To this day however there is no proof to these claims other than some dusty historical documents of uncertain authenticity. Sindor’s upbringing, anyways, was a secure and loving, yet strict one. From his earliest days he was involved in all kinds of tasks around the family estate and even working on the fields himself – to learn the necessary skills for farming, administrating and even hunting for the preservation of said farmland.

He also attended a private school for children from the nobility on Alderaan which secured his formal education in all things, reaching from basic skills like reading, writing and mathematics – to etiquette, questions of noble conduct and hierarchy, to history, art and music. He graduated with honors from school and was later integrated in the family’s business in the agricultural sector, mostly as leader of the estate’s hunting party. A task – and sport – his father could not perform any longer after becoming too old and unwell for those kinds of physical activities.

Sindor’s life could have continued a pre set path if not a grave cruelty would have happened on the land of the Thuls of Highrock. A series of bombings, not more than despicable terrorist attacks, took place on the family lands which not only lead to the death of several tenants of the Thul family but also the death of the patriarch Isaac, Sindor’s father, himself. Later the so called Rebell Alliance was blamed for those attacks taking into considerations that the Thul family was for generations sympathetic to the Empire and not willing to support any kind of insurgents against the only power in the galaxy that was able to bring order and stability to all its systems and planets.

After having experienced such personal losses, Sindor decided a year later – in the year 22 – to join the ranks of the Galactic Empire to do his part in keeping peace and order in the galaxy and to also provide safety for all its citizens against the terror and lawlessness of those claiming to be defenders of a long gone Republic.

Career

He registered to Imperial Basic Training on Y22 D191 and entered the academy on Prakith on that day. On Y22 D211, after graduating from the Imperial Academy with honors, Sindor Thul joined the Regional Government of the Galactic Empire and was stationed in the Kuat Oversector.
