He is a former Special Forces officer, Intelligence Operative, General and decorated Fighter Pilot. He last served as the Commanding Officer for the 8th Imperial Fleet and the Officer Commanding, The Red Devils. At the end of his days in the Galactic Empire he received a triple demotion from NHC and was dishonorably discharged from the Empire. Upon leaving, he proved himself a traitor by joining the newly-formed Lyran Separatists as their Navy CO.
He is also known as the "Ghost" by former covert and intelligence associates, "Chief", "ORION-J87" "MJ12-Lenneria", and "Phase Four".

Biography
Early life
Phase Four - Codename: ORION
- "In time you may come back some say, to live once more, or die once more"
- — From an unknown Mid-Rim song
On Year 5 Day 109, work began on replicating an exact clone of James Walters, who was inadvertently killed by the failure of Phase Two. Using Spaarti cloning cylinders allowed the process to be limited to a singular year but allowing enough time to complete genetic modifications upon the original MJ12-Lenneria DNA. Alexander Fel ordered that the clone be an improved upgrade of the original Walters and hoped that he would be able to clone a 'perfect' servant. The scientists at his secret Lenneria facility successfully managed to compress the memo groups within the DNA strand, eventually leaving two hundred instead of forty seven, compacted and filled with infinite genetic knowledge. By tampering with the original DNA in such a way, Fel's scientists were able to give 'Phase Four' superior strength, endurance and dexterity far beyond what a normal human being, whilst being subconsciously loyal to Fel. It is unknown whether or not Fel was successful in his attempt to 'clone' the Force, what few remaining scientific documents relating to The Project were destroyed after the failure of Phase Three. Phase Four was activated fourteen months after creation on Year 6 Day 140 and inserted within the Galactic Empire. Totally engineered by Alexander Fel, saw Imperial service as a testing ground for the Orion program. Some conspiracy theorists have claimed that The Project still continues through Campbell, though thus far this has never been proven or discounted.
Subject Notes
Appearance
Campbell is a tall man of about perhaps just over 6 feet. He does not appear to be outwardly strong but there is a less noticeable strength in the wiriness of his frame. His face is perhaps more intriguing than the clothes he wears. His dark brown, almost black hair seems overly long, as if overdue for a haircut. The grey flecks pick up the colour in his blue-grey eyes, never unmoving, hold a sense of sharp awareness, curiousness and yet, betray the deepest of memories held within. Beneath a layer of thick stubble, his weathered features are as if they were chiselled from fleshy stone, fit flawlessly together, though marred only by a singular deep scar running up the left side of his face. The scar gives his face a mocking, sardonic cast which all but disappears when he smiles. His body is toned and well built, though still shows much wiriness in his frame for a humanoid of his size. A pair of powerful arms fall away from his broad shoulders to his sides. His legs, not unlike the rest of his body, could almost be two Wroshyr-trunks balancing his body above, moving with ease and sure felt confidence, though his stance and walk give the impression he carries a great weight with his every movement.
He wears a pair of black high-cut leather boots, much patched, but still supple and tight about his calves. Above the scared boots, he wears Imperial olive-green coveralls that have been reinforced with leather although the red stripes on the coveralls' outer seems have long faded to a dull purple. Over his body, he wears a faded and ripped green jacket that is decorated with the remnants of black piping, now so threadbare and patched, defining years of rough and determined use. Slung over his shoulder in a waterproof sheath is an Old Republic Rifle. At his waist, a long barrelled blaster pistol is stuck into a snake-clasped belt, while at his left hip is a battered metal scabbard in which hangs a long, heavy straight sword.
There is one last thing to note, a presence around him, an air of calm, secure confidence.
Personality & Traits
Campbell is the recipient of multi-disciplinary military training, imbeded into his subconscious mind in the later stages of his growth. From this training, Campbell is proficient in not only basic infantry skills, but in special operations, which includes the use and maintenance of specialized firearms and explosive ordnance. He is highly trained in infiltration into heavily-guarded enemy territories and structures for the purpose of assassination, captures, and military intelligence and is also trained in various forms of camouflage and stealth. He is skilled with a great many types of explosives, ranging from simple detonators to improvised explosives. His hand-to-hand combat skills are more then sufficient to allow him to incapacitate and kill men much stronger than he is, as well as to deal with groups of armed and unarmed enemies, killing them all without weapons if he deems it necessary. He is also extremely deadly in knife training. Additionally, he is a preternaturally-precise marksman and is thoroughly trained and experienced in unconventional (guerilla) warfare. He is an armourer, a gunsmith, and an expert in field medicine.
Personal Equipment
Armour
Republic Commando Armour
During the turbulent time of the Clone Wars, the Republic Commando Armour was worn only by a select group chosen from the clone armies; groups of soldiers genetically enhanced and trained to be the best at battlefield operations. The armour was part of a set which included the Republic Commando Helmet, Belt, and Backpack, to make what seemed like an impenetrable suit of armour that was even able to sustain life in the vacuum of space. Soon after the destructive Clone Wars came to an end, the Republic Commando Armour fell out of use for better and cheaper technologies. Many of these magnificent pieces were either disposed of, recycled or lost when the Empire switched to the new and improved stormtrooper armour. Though the age when the Republic Commando Armour shined is long gone, they are still treated with respect and viewed as treasures. With pieces rarely seen, this armour is sought after and highly prized by collectors and antique hunters. Individuals with complete sets usually place values on them higher than many ships currently available in the markets today. +40 AP. When worn with Republic Commando Helmet, Backpack and Belt, allows user to survive in vacuum.
Clothing
Old Republic Flight Mask
This article of clothing is the finishing touch to the ever rare Old Republic Flight Suit. This item although giving no physical protection does shield the eyes from missile blasts as well as provide a HUD combined with a 10 mag view. Combined with a flight suit, it can shield the wearer from vacuum for a short amount of time to allow rescue crews the chance to find them. Now almost non-existant due to the production of advanced new designs they are still in use by the older pilots of the galaxy.
Old Republic Flight Suit
The Old Republic Flight Suit, being a rarity to this known universe, isn't seen to often. It holds no real useful purpose other then to cover the body. Being a flight suit, it provides little protection, and is vacuum sealed, and rather uncomfortable at certain times. However rare, this item can still be found from time to time on any given person.

Weaponry
Valken-38 Carbine with SUSAT 6X/12X Digital Scope
Technically not a carbine, but a light support weapon, the Valken 38 is extremely popular all over the galaxy. Not overly heavy the V-38 is usable by a single person. It offers great range and a very high hitting power in a tough, conventional layout. It has however become quite a feared weapon when used by bounty hunters who prefer it not only for its hitting power and range but for its interesting stun capability which is almost unique among weapons of this type
Heavily modified DL-18
The classic design of the DL-18 Blastech has endeared it to some of the more romantic souls amongst the galaxy. Reminicent of the hand weapons carried by guardsmen during the time of the Old Republic, Blastech was clearly aiming at a younger market when they first brought out this design. And for some time their marketing tactics worked. The pistol was immensely popular amongst the younger nobles, especially in Tapani sector. Relatively little skill was required to wield the weapon effectively, plus several types of holsters were provided to match the outfit of its owner. However, as with all fads of fashion, the popularity did not last. As a result this former weapon of nobility is now mostly found in the hands of pirates and outlaws.
Vibroblade
Vibroblades are the galaxy's main cutting weapon of choice. Though they come in many different shapes and sizes, ranging from knives to longer swords and even axes, vibroblades are all equipped with a compact ultrasonic generator in the hilt. This causes the blade to vibrate at enormous speeds, thus giving the weapon its name. Because of this ultrasonic vibration, even a glancing blow from one of these weapons could become a life-threatening injury. As it is quieter than a blaster, the vibroblade is popular among assassins, but it can also be easily carried as a secondary weapon for close-range fighting. In the past, these weapons were often minted containing a weave of the rare material cortosis, which allowed blade to parry even lightsaber strikes; a property that made the vibroblade a weapon of choice among Sith assassins. However, this practice has been out of favour with commercial forges for some time, as various galactic conflicts have seen a decline in the numbers of Force users.
Personal Ships
The 'Pillar of Autumn'
This Heavily modified Trilon Aggressor, given to Campbell by Alexander Fel without explanation. While externally the Trilon's appearance is as normal as the next ship, underneath the hull plating lies an advanced hyperdrive, the Sienar SSDS 11-A system. Cutting-edge sensory arrays, and one of the fastest sublight engines known to exist, the experimental high temperature X-C 2 ion drive array. It can also carry six passengers while its total capacity was 2.5 metric tons. The 'Pillar' is protected by six low-profile laser cannons which could extend and fire several laser bursts in the blink of an eye, two ion cannons and a tractor beam emitter. These upgrades and modifications, along with other confidential details allow Campbell to undertake missions of importance and secrecy with ease. | 'Pillar of Autumn' |
Equipment
Mandalorian Jetpack
The jetpack is a personal transportation device in limited use across the galaxy. A jetpack offers a great degree of mobility in the air, though often at the personal risk of the user due to their instability. During the Mandalorian wars jetpacks began to be adapted and used by the elite soldiers in their armies to gain the advantage against troopers and (especially) Jedi during the conflict with the Jedi Revan and Malak. While not dissimilar to a standard jetpack these Mandalorian Jetpacks were adapted to suit the contours of Mandalorians as well as upgraded to have an anti-personnel rocket mounted on the top. The jetpacks used in these wars were made sturdier and a larger fuel tank mounted in between the rockets to provide additional speed and usage time. Most of the jetpacks were controlled by a wrist unit but a few were controlled by voice commands issued through the helmets. Those who owned both the armor and the jetpack could consequently ignite the jetpack without the enemy being aware of it, giving troopers the advantage of getting the drop on an enemy. By using metals alloys mined and smelted in their home system Mandalorian jetpacks were made 5 kilos lighter than military packs and 15 kilos lighter than commercial models. Ever since Mandalore's defeat at the battle of Galidraan these jetpacks have become rare due to the destruction of both the existing datacards (one incinerated along with Mandalore's corpse and the other destroyed inside a factory) along with 3 barracks containing approximately 2000 of the 2500 trooper packs known to have existed. It allows the owner to travel six planetary grid squares without terrain restrictions at a speed of 25 km/h. It may only be used once every 24 hours and when worn with Armour and Helmet adds +1 to the dexerity of the wearer. |
Stun Cuffs
Stuncuffs are the preferred means of restraint for controlling detained prisoners, since they not only restrict agility but can also emit a harsh blast of static energy incapacitating the wearer - thus further deterring escape or sudden violent attacks. |
Toolkit
Required for a player to repair. Can Store other Tools. |
Holoprojector
The technological device known as a holoprojector is designed to transmit messages over great or small distances. The messages are projected by the device in the format of a three dimensional image. The message either may be stored on the holoprojectors memory or played live from a comlink. The original purpose of the holoprojectors was for entertainment and educational purposes. However, the holoprojector is now used for all types of mass media including, disseminating news, sports, and propaganda. From the cities of Tatooine on boonta’s eve, to the chambers of the galactic senate, holoprojectors have left their mark on civilian life. However, for the more militaristic type, holoprojectors have a much more ominous role. It is little known that holoprojectors are wide spread on the battlefield. It is said that although one may have many commanders in the field, they are all receiving orders from one general, and this is made possible by the holoprojector. Holoprojectors allow a single general to command an entire battle from the safety of an orbiting starship because the holoprojector allow him to see in depth 3-D maps of the entire battlefield, including all troop movements. Couple this to the ability of ground commanders to carry small holoprojectors, and you have a highly informed tactical group. The Commander has the ability to pinpoint exactly where he wants his ground troops on a map, and then send that map to ground commanders to make it happen. +1 to all leadership skills when a hologram is equipped on a character. |
Tracking Device
Tracks ship attached to, which is in-system or reveals hyper exit point when they jump. |
