Mikal Blak (born Year -8 Day 42) is a Human male, currently serving as a Major in the Imperial Army.

Biography

Mikal Blak was born on Coruscant to a working class family. Not much is truly known into the details of his family, but due to the less than desired conditions that him and his family had to endure, they were essentially inseparable. Mikal's father had some sort of military experience, however where he received a majority of his experience is unknown. His mother, Illyena, specialized in various fields, ranging from finance to medicine.

Mikal's father took him under his wing and taught him everything there was to know about self defense, weapon handling and survival. It was rumored in Mikal's neighborhood that his father once killed a mugger by twisting his arm, forcing him to drop his weapon and violently striking him on the neck. Mikal still wonders if this true, or just a legend to this day.

Mikal eventually reached a fork in his life, when he learned that with his newfound skills he would either have to apply them as a contract killer/mercenary or enlist in the military. After learning the more about the dark underground criminal world, he enlisted in the military and was shipped off to the Imperial Academy. He was a quick learner, attempting to forget his criminal ways. However, at times when the Imperial Academy would progress to self-defense methods and weapon handling, Mikal's criminal past came back to haunt him, and he yearned to forget the things he had to do.

23 year old Mikal Blak was born on Corsucant. At 6 foot 5 inches and 251 lbs, he has reached his peak in physical performance. He has a short blonde crew cut and icy blue eyes, resembling somewhat of a cold glacier, floating in the arctic. He has the physical characteristics of a martial artist, or a fighter of some sort.

Imperial Academy

Mikal enlisted in the Galactic Empire on Year 13 Day 354. He attended the Imperial Academy and studied under Junior Training Officer Everard de Montfort while studying to join the Imperial Army. He was a quick learner, having a perfect final exam and finishing all of his exams quickly with high marks. However, his perseverance got to him when conducting several exams while sleep deprived, eventually resulting in a .8 percentage off the cutoff to be a graduate with honors.

Imperial Army

Private Blak was assigned for service on Year 13 Day 360. He was a quick learner, grasping tactics and combat maneuvers relatively quickly.

Business Ventures

Outside of the Empire, Blak is a businessman. He founded Blak Industries on Year 14 Day 263 after acquiring his first shipyard. He constantly looks for ways to expand his various business interests and juggles his business life with his Imperial life.
