Miqm`avka Csilla ("Mavka") is a gifted apparatchik in His Majesty's Regional Government who stands six feet one, with a size-thirty-two waist and a chest girth of forty inches. As a former CO so aptly put it, he's a basically a glorified "stevedore" but then who better than an overly-methodic Chiss to charge with delivering the groceries?! Mavka's personality is shaped by his idealism, determination, and sardonic wit. He sometimes appears slow and sleepy, usually after marathons of hyper-activity, but he is someone who can slide into a quick fury. "He's nobody's fool," says a one-time associate, "though he sometimes lets you think he is."

Raised on Wookworths station in the Tyed Kant system, a hard-luck working-class system half-a-parsec away from Alderaan. Where red neon signs blink on every night over hundreds of space stations in this territory known as the 'Glimmer Put'. His farther worked as a night longshoreman on a nearby shipyard and he sometimes took potshots at neighbours for disturbing his daytime naps.

Miqm`avka enlisted in early Year 20 and according to local sources, his mom and dad subsequently resigned their post as parents in a ten-minute holo-call with Mavka. Shortly after which they blocked their former son's holoprojector number and holomail address. Mavka reportedly said that he "understands" his former parent's decision and "if I were misguided New Republicans like them I would no longer be related to me either."
