Guinar Ndengin was born in the communal religious sect of the Heart of Shath in the Pering-Stormborder on Coruscant, an ill-frequented area near Coruscants north pole. Guinar Ndengin was the twelfth Emperor of the Galactic Empire.
Personal History
Guinar Ndengin was born in the communal religious sect of the Heart of Shath in the Pering-Stormborder on Coruscant, an ill-frequented area near Coruscants north pole. Being the offspring of siblings and thus conceived in shame, he and his father were ousted from the cult and, almost upon his birth, thrust into a towering blizzard. The high priest then completed an almost forgotten ritual, which forever cursed this abomination before God. He had hoped to steer the Mad God's Rage away from the lower level hab zone and unto Guinar Ndengin, but to no avail. In a few hours the storm increased in intensity and the cult, along with a substantial part of the local superstructure, was wiped off the face of the planet. Meanwhile, Guinar's father managed to carry himself and the baby boy to the closest "habitable" hab zone, where he collapsed. Guinar was soon sent on to an orphanage, where he then became the model product of the Coruscant orphanage industry. He was continuously undernourished, overworked and beaten. Clinging to one of the older boys for survival, he was also abused on a daily basis - the only way for a skinny runt to gain some sort of protection, both from his fellow orphans as well as from the child "protection" agency officials. He was, like so many others, destined to either perish from the conditions or the intermittant medical testing practiced on anonymous orphan boys, until one day he managed to escape. Several years Guinar Ndengin managed to survive as a sewer-rat in the most disreputable hab zones, honing his skills in stealth, lying and deceit. Finally, it dawned upon him that he couldn't survive much longer this way. He had made too many enemies to be safe in anonimity any longer, and he needed a way out: the Imperial Forces. In the office right across the street, The Imperial recruitment officer didn't ask too many questions and so Guinar Ndengin became a recruit. So, here he was, once again filled with a near religious hatred for his compatriots, trusting no-one and least of all himself. Still fleeing his past lives, he's looking for one of the "older boys" to latch on to - survival, the only way he knows how.....
