Phaedra Thester is the Adjutant of the Coruscant Oversector, where she serves His Majesty's Regional Government under Grand Moff Zhaff Orikan of the Emerald Region. She is known for her professional, albeit warm, demeanour. Born in Year -7, she lived in Thyferra for the better part of her life until departing it for higher education, and to explore the galaxy at large; eventually, she made her way back home to Imperial territory.
