[The head of Vodo Bonias, Galactic Emperor. appears, filling the holo-tank. He speaks in dark tones, yet vibrantly.]

"This is the dawn of a new age in the Galaxy — a reborn Galactic Empire!"

[The vision of the Emperor's head pauses, while a commentator's voice is heard.]

("Imperial News Service provides this breaking news--a message from the Emperor, just released for galactic distribution.")

[The Emperor's image is now show in full figure, his black Sith robe swirling slightly as he gestures dramatically, but slowly, with one arm.]

"Never before have the challenges facing Galactic civilization been so formidable; and never till now has the Empire been so strong in commitment, so united in will.

"My fellow Imperials — my allies across the galaxy — all peace-loving galactics within the sound of my voice — know that the hour of our glory is upon is!

"I have completed the reorganization of my government, retaining the dutiful services of my able councilors of these past years, and also the newly-reforged allegiance of the New Imperial Order. I am appointing as my Executor and my personal representative to the government, Cherokee of the former NIO.

[The view shifts again to a close-in shot of the Emperor's head. He continues to speak in hollow tones, but with obvious vigor in his face.]

"As these are fast-changing times, so must my government be flexible and open to new practices. Officers and subjects of the NIO are being welcomed back into the fold of the Empire, while ministers and high military officers from NIO will help form the backbone of the Imperial fleets, armies, and government--a newly formed government, aimed at making the most of the challenges around every corner.

"The Imperial Union is growing, and we grow with it. New avenues to wealth and prosperity are opening in the galaxy, and we grow with them. New enemies and old are foolishly opposing our growth, and we shall crush them!"

[The Emperor's clenched fist, held in front of his face, slowly opens, and his visage appears calmer as the shot pulls back, gradually showing his full figure.]

"The stars march on, ever bright. The Empire marches on, ever bold. Out of chaos, order; out of unity, victory!"
