Vodoist was the term for a supporter of former Emperor Vodo Bonias. The term first came into use after the merger between the Dark Empire and Galactic Empire in Year 3.
Historical Context
Bonias and his Sith secretly harboured the desire to claim the Throne once more. This led to great suspicion and hostility between the supporters of each leader. Supporters of the ruling Emperor, Charon, were referred to as Charonists while those on the side of the Sith warlord called themselves Vodoists. After the fall of Charon, the term Vodoist became less widely used and eventually disappeared completely.
