Ben Sereta was a Lieutenant Commander in the Imperial Navy and served as the Group Commanding Officer of the 8th Group until he was dishonourably discharged from service to the Galactic Empire.

Biography
Ben Sereta was born on Tatooine, the only child of a family of moisture farmers, on Day 326 of Year -10. Living this life, Ben grew up to appreciate the simpler things in life, and to honor them. When Ben was 11 years old, his father Rigo taught him how to shoot with a Hunting Rifle to help defend their family homestead from bandits and other dangers. Unfortunately, this simple life ended when Ben was 19, when bounty hunters unwittingly killed his parents, confusing them for their actual targets. Ben did all he could to defend his family, but he was injured, leaving a blaster scar on his face as a permanent reminder of what had transpired. As soon as he came to, Ben swore to make sure this crime never happened to anyone ever again. Old enough to enlist in the Imperial Army, Ben sold all of his family's possessions and boarded transport for the Core Worlds, the heart of the Empire, and the Imperial Academy. After he graduated from the Academy, Ben was assigned to the 3rd Imperial Legion, then under the command of Major Marcus Aurelius. Excelling as a soldier, Sereta methodically climbed the ranks, earning his commission, commanding his own Brigade, and later, an entire Legion.
In the early months of Year 13, Sereta, a Captain in the Imperial Army, decided a career change was in order, and applied for a transfer to the Imperial Navy. He retained his paygrade, and his rank was updated to Naval Lieutenant. Since then, Lieutenant Commander Sereta, now 24 years old, has served as Intelligence Officer of the 2nd Imperial Fleet, and as Group Commanding Officer of 8th Group, a sub-unit of the 3rd Imperial Fleet.
Appearance
Ben is now 24 years old, has a bald head and brown eyes. A scar is visible across his right cheek, and he has a tattoo in the form of an eagle with the imperial crest and his old unit emblem on his right shoulder. He stands at about 1.80 meters tall, and has a powerful, confident stance. He almost always can be seen wearing his Duty uniform.
