Lepure Matasos is a fearless Kushiban female with a soft, white coat and large, proudly long ears. Despite her small size, slightly shorter than one metre, she exudes an aura of determination and is known for her intelligence and insatiable curiosity.

Her eternal and inseparable Stormtrooper armor, found in the wreckage of an ancient crashed imperial ship, contrasts with her peaceful nature.

Her keen, intelligent eyes betray a thirst to climb the ranks in the Galactic Empire, but her expression is always one of calm and reserve. Although generally quiet, she is known to change mood very quickly. Then, her coat changes color (a racial trait), her eyes go crazy and she can become very violent.

Early Life

Lepure Matasos was born in Year 4 Day 13 on Kushibah, a planet in the Gordian Reach sector of the Outer Rim territories.

She had an easy start, brought up by her mother Lepure Bland, a weaver, and her father Lepure Morocanos, a farmer. Although raised in a modest and selfless environment, she has always wanted to set herself above others. Gifted with great intelligence, her dream is to leave her mark on the galaxy.

At 8 years old, while exploring the depths of the lush Kushibah Forest, Lepure came across a group of young Kushibans threatening a little Kushiban female. Anger burned in her eyes as she rushed to defend the innocent. In a fit of rage, she used her small size to her advantage, weaving between the attackers with surprising agility. With a series of swift, unpredictable movements, she neutralised the thugs one by one, leaving behind a mixture of chaos and victory. Although her heart was still pounding with the adrenalin of battle, she knew that this event would mark her forever, revealing a dark and impulsive part of her personality.

When she was 9 years old and wandering through a meadow, she came face to face with a Xinkra, a fearsome three-metre-high predator from her planet. Unlike other Kushiban who would have fled in the face of this threat, she was able to seriously injure its leg thanks to her ingenuity, which enabled her to devise a basic trap. A few weeks later, she returned to the scene of the encounter, found the Xinkra's corpse, decapitated it and brought its head to her village to prove her courage.

At the age of 14, while venturing into mountainous regions, she came across the remains of an ancient crashed Imperial ship. Among the debris, she found a Stormtrooper suit of armor, abandoned a long time ago by its deceased former owner. Curious by this discovery, Lepure Matasos decided to deeply study the armor. Over time, she learned to master its functions. Then, empowered by her new knowledge, she decided to tweak the armor to make it fit her perfectly. Since then, she is been wearing this armor everywhere and in every circumstance, without ever taking it off, like a credo that can't ever be broken. It was then that she realised that joining the Galactic Empire would give real meaning to her life.

At the age of 16, a Kushiban male attracted by Lepure Matasos courted her. A brief romance ensued. One evening, the lovers quarreled over a trivial matter that all the neighbors heard. In the night, a shadowy figure carried a large bag on his shoulders towards a forest. The male was never seen again in the village. The local police were never able to prove the involvement of Lepure Matasos, who is notorious for spells of madness that no one can predict. We still don't know what happened to the male, whose body was never found.

From an early age, Lepure Matasos stood out for her keen intelligence and insatiable curiosity. At the age of 3, she took her first steps at the local school, her big eyes shining with determination. She soon became the top pupil in her class, surpassing her classmates in every area.

Despite her school success, Lepure Matasos remained a loner, preferring the company of books to the games of other children. Her thirst for knowledge led her to explore the darkest corners of the school library, where she discovered stories about the Galactic Empire and its mighty Stormtroopers. Fascinated by their discipline and dedication, she began to dream of joining their ranks one day.

At the age of 14, her destiny took an unexpected turn when she discovered an abandoned Stormtrooper suit of armor in the wreckage of a crashed former Imperial ship in a mountainous area. Tweaking and wearing the armor, she felt a deep connection with its previous wearer, a sensation of power and determination that gripped her to the very core of her being. From that moment on, she knew she was destined to serve in the ranks of the Galactic Empire.

However, she had to first complete her training on Kushibah. Over the years, she continued to excel at the local school, eagerly absorbing every ounce of knowledge. But her mind was elsewhere, on the stars and the opportunities that awaited her in the Galactic Empire.

By the age of 21, Lepure had become a bright and determined young female, ready to follow her own path. Despite pressure from her family and teachers to stay on Kushibah, she knew her future lay elsewhere. With unwavering determination, she bid farewell to her home planet and set sail for the Galactic Empire, ready to pursue her dream and study at its prestigious Imperial Academy.

Thus, Lepure Matasos' destiny led her from the tranquil forests of Kushibah to the vast expanses of the galaxy, where she hoped to find her place among the ranks of the Galactic Empire and realize her full potential.

Imperial Service

The Imperial Academy

Lepure Matasos went to Prakith in Year 25 Day 135 to begin as a recruit her Imperial academic training. Major General Kara DuMonte was affected as her training officer for the duration of her stay with the Academy.

His beginnings were difficult, having known only the quiet plains, forests and mountains of his native planet. The incessant noise of the city, the horizon obscured by thousands of buildings and the concentration of population disrupted his habits. Several members of various factions tried to recruit her when she arrived on the planet, but the Galactic Empire was her only goal. Even though she hated wandering the streets, she forced herself to attend all the events where leading Empire figures were present to maximize her chances of rising through the ranks once she had finished her studies. She was noticed by many, including Senior Captain Adar Machkhit who share common interests.

A few days after his arrival at the Academy, a human recruit mocked Lepure Matasos for her race and short stature. He pointed his finger at her in front of other recruits, insulting her. The evening of the incident, the student's index finger and tongue were found in a garbage can in the city. The next day, the student asked to leave the Galactic Empire, claiming he was no longer interested. Nevertheless, his eyes brimmed with fear, although he never dared to tell the truth of what had happened.

Five days later since her access to the Academy had been granted, she took the first exam concerning theoretical aspect of Imperial training. Although she studied hard to pass the exam with honours, her final score was 90.51%. She was therefore 4.49% short of graduating with honours. Accustomed to being overachieving and self-confident, this caused her enormous sadness and anger. She began to doubt whether she should continue down this path or simply return to her home planet. Nevertheless, she couldn't bring herself to see her life without the Galactic Empire and continued her training.

The courses in the second volume were more concrete. After showing his training officer his ability to move around, drive ships and command a small troop, the time had come to leave the Academy. On his way back from the mission outside the city, Lepure Matasos was contacted by Chief Magistrate Arthur Smith. Smith wanted information about the factions that had contacted the recruit after he left his home planet. Lepure Matasos cooperated, having kept a copy of the various messages he had received on her hologram.

Lepure Matasos graduated in Y25 D148 and received her first ribbon, which was hung on her chest at the ceremony. The graduation ceremony was presided over by Commander Thokul Tovcor. When asked which branch she wished to join, Lepure Matasos indicated that she wished to join the Imperial Army and the Imperial Stormtrooper Corps, even though the classes of citizenship of the Galactic Empire Policy on Aliens forbids it. Her training officer recommended that Lepure Matasos be assigned to the army branch. However, Vizier Arya Solus told her that she had been assigned to the Imperial Mining Corporation at the Ministry of Industry. She left the Academy and the planet Prakith to begin her new career, hoping one day to join the Imperial Stormtrooper Corps.

The Imperial Mining Corporation

When she joined the Imperial Mining Corporation on Y25 D151, she was promoted to the rank of technician by Executive Director Lirri Elysar. She was very surprised to be treated well by her commanding officer and, in general, by the staff of the Imperial Mining Corporation. Unlike at the Imperial Academy, where she felt rejected by some of the other recruits, here she felt welcome as part of a big family. She said to herself that this assignment wasn't going to be so bad after all.

Her first task was to be assigned to pick up Bulk Freighters and take them to three mines on the planet Perma I to mine them, recover the raw materials and transport them to an Imperial centre. Contrary to what she thought, she took pleasure in this task. Working with her hands, surrounded by drills, the air filled with the smell of earth and rock, reminded her of working the land on her home planet. She also got on well with the other employees and looked forward to meeting them in the evening, after a long day's work, to hear their stories and have a drink with them. It was rustic but simple.

The story is not over, and it continues to this day. Perhaps tomorrow, new stories about Lepure Matasos will be written in the Imperial Archives...
