Command Flight Officer Patrick "Saint" Martin (IMID: 1080126) is an Imperial Navy fighter pilot and current Chief of Staff of the 3rd Imperial Fleet. He is also a member of the Imperial Gaming Commission specialising in Bolo-Ball tournmanents and betting.

Biography
Parents background
His father, Patrick Martin Snr., had served in the Royal Hapan Navy and his mother, Kristina Farrin, served on a passenger transport within the Hapes Cluster. His father retired from the navy before becoming an officer. And after getting married his parents setup their own transport business.
Early Life
Patrick was born in the city of Haporium on the planet Hapes. He was born in the Year -13. As a child he was very unruly, he caused his parents a lot of headaches. In school Patrick was a good student, apart from his tendency to distract other children by wanting to chat to them. Although very talkative he was a shy child and found it hard to make friends, especially with the opposite sex. His best friend was Mark Coyle, they met when they were 7 years old and continue to be best friends to the present time.
By his teens his piloting skills were impressive and it was in his family, however Patrick didn't have becoming a pilot at the top of his career aspirations. He also enjoyed the administrative and business side of his parents’ company. His plans were to go on to study business, probably accounting, get a job in the Hapan Finance Ministry, then when his father got old and retired he would take over the family business. Even still he found little time for the opposite sex, focusing rather on his studies and work.
By the age of 18 Patrick had lost his mother to illness and saw little of his father as the business took more and more work outside the Cluster. Shortly before his twentieth birthday he received word that his father had been involved in an accident. His father's frieghter had blown its engines and his father was killed trying to repair them.
Just twenty Patrick found himself inheriting a small fortune, estimate to be 25 million Imperial Credits. Quite a good position for one so young, he could live the playboy lifestyle, but that was not what he wanted. Patrick found himself heading to Coruscant, he wished to get away from home and the Imperial Navy seemed like a good way of doing so.
Adult Life - Imperial Service
Patrick Martin became an active pilot in the Impeial Navy on day 81 in the year 8. Patrick became a student of Professor Valoran and it wasn't long he began to feel at home around his fellow recruits. Imperial service life suited him well. Patrick graduated from the Academy just short of the honours list with a final score of 93%. This disappointed him but he was proud of his score. Patrick was arrogant and cocky from the start, he knew his skills were good and wanted to show them off, something that found him in trouble from time to time. In his first flight in an interceptor he flew mere inches away from the Imperial Stardestroyer's hull at max speed.
Patrick quickly became a fanatical supporter of the Empire, doing whatever, whenever he can to better the cause. And while not always agreeing with the policies or plans being implemented, he always obeys orders. It also wasn't long before he showed his true colours in relation to non-humans. Now he has a reputation as one of the most racist members of the Empire, believing complete extermination of aliens is the only way forward for the galaxy.

Imperial Gaming Commission
On Year 9 Day 113, the Imperial Ministry of Operations announced the creation of the Imperial Gaming Commission. Deputy Minister and Sith Lord Kiger Wulf was announced as the Director with Major Bacara Kex working as the Deputy Director.
Patrick joined the Imperial Gaming Commission and soon began work on various different Bolo-Ball projects. The first was a small Imperial member only league. This had relatively good success. Numerous leagues of a similar nature have been held. The idea of a multi government tournament between Imperial Union states was put forward by Patrick to the rulers of each state and while it was backed by them some found it hard to build teams and the idea was eventually shelved.
Imperial Supporter
Using his own personal wealth and the money raised through his company, Auvasa Corp., Patrick has been in a good position to help the Empire expand. When the Imperial Outer Rim Authority was expanding into the Elrood sector, Patrick raised a large credit fund to help pay for the construction of cities across the planet Dega. This investment was paid back to Patrick along with a profit. On day 124 of year 9 to honour his support for the expansion and stabilizing of this sector a statue of Patrick Martin was unveiled in the city of Dega along with others to those that also helped. Unfortunately the IORA has since gone rogue casting a dark shadow over the good work done by Patrick and others like him for the people of Dega. Patrick continues to use his personal wealth to help expand the Empire and currently has one of the largest shareholdings in the NAMIS operation, while also heading a consortium of investors keen to see this project succeed where many have failed.
Adult Life - Personal
His personal life has had its ups and downs, the downs being women and the ups being his wealth and power. A few short relationships have done little else but to cause trouble. Patrick has yet to have a meaningful or long last relationship. Those he has been with are either dead or hate him.
His Majesty, King Patrick
However his wealth and power have grown immensely. The twenty five million his family left him has now become close to one hundred million in just two short years. For a brief period Patrick was the ruler of the planet Douglas VI in the Centrality sector, having paid the small settlement to leave. During the preparations for supplies, men and equipment to arrive on the planet the Douglas system quickly began changing hands to a new government. Patrick knew he had neither the wealth nor the security forces to keep it out of NAO hands. His reign as King of Douglas VI last only two months. Patrick arranged to hand power over to a CIS and although the sum of credits he recieved was only 75% of what he gave the settlers it was better than a complete loss.
Business Empire
Along with best friend Mark Coyle, Patrick setup the financial company Auvasa Corp. on day 95 of year 9. The goal of the company was to offer investment opportunities and general accounting services to people across the galaxy. The company's first project was done in partnership with the Imperial Outer Rim Authority. However when this project ended early it was decided Auvasa Corp. would stop offering services to the public until the company was better organised and in a position to run its own projects. WHen the Empire introduced the NAMIS project Patrick seen the opportunity to do what the IORA investment could only dream off. Auvasa Corp began raising money from cleint friendly to the Empire and became the single largest sharesholder in the fund.
Expensive Tastes
Patrick has used his wealth to also enjoy himself, he has acquired a taste for antique, however still deadly, fighters. And this too has helped towards him wealth expansion. While spending five million on an Arc-170 Recon Fighter and a Alpha-3 Nimbus may have seemed alot at the time current market value place these ships' worth around 25-35 million credits.
