Early Life

Elarain was born in Aldera on Alderaan to an aristocratic family loosely related to the Royal house of Alderaan. Elarains’ parents were Tia Ismaren and Raymus Belleraux. Tia was a royal aide, and Raymus was an accomplished ship builder. The family relied heavily on Tia’s income as a royal aide as the shipbuilding company Raymus had was declining. Elarain struggled with her education. When she was growing up, she only wanted to be a builder, working with her hands, she applied herself to more of the practical aspects rather than the theory.

Her brother was born 5 years later in year -2. Eventually he found friends at school that most would consider a bad influence. Elarain fought with him often about his choices and ideas, bluntly not agreeing with them in anyway. Her parents took no sides in politics besides following what the King and Queen of Alderaan had ordered.

As time went on, her brother, Tarrik became a violent and aggressive user of drugs that existed in the galaxy and found out that he was doing it behind their backs, something that could place their mothers position in jeopardy. When Elarain confronted him about it, he viciously attacked Elarain. She would soon later forgive him for that, even though it plays tricks on her mind. When her brother was 18, he left alderaan. Although he didn’t leave a holo-message about his whereabouts, the family considered that he would be back when he wanted to. Raymus was quite disappointed that his son could not bring up the business to its former glory. Elarain’s brother returned 2 years later, still on drugs and had attacked their parents. He proclaimed something that Elarain could not fully hear in the other room and so made her life built on an assumption. Her brother kept getting more vicious by the day, and soon it was not a good place to live. Elarain Moved out of home to secure a life for herself in Aldera, perhaps with her mother’s influence, be a member of the royal household. She gathered up an apartment and started searching and hoping for a job.

Prior to Service

A festival took place in Aldera to celebrate a member of the royal family’s birthday. The streets were lined with many members of the public awaiting to see their king and queen. A bomb had exploded in the public, she raced home, and no one was there. She waited until Dawn the next day before she knew, in her heart that no one was returning. The report noted that 23 innocents were killed in the explosion. Military police had knocked on her door, and she instantly knew, her parents were either injured severely or deceased. Listening in on the Emergency workers, it was said it were members of the New Republic

Her brother was in the house that afternoon with a few of his friends who claimed ownership of the disaster. Elarain immediately felt loathing for her brother, and hatred for his ‘friends’ even after Elarain has said that their own parents were amongst the deceased, and Tarrik felt no remorse. He justified his lack of feelings to how he was treated, expected to do something that he never wanted to do. His friends were overheard whispering “Thank the Chief of State” where Elarain instantly told them all to get out. The family home was now hers, being the eldest. Within five minutes of them fleeing, one woman remained behind for Tarrik, but Elarain needed a vengeance run so she was in her sights.

Tarrik remained elsewhere, but the argument between the woman and Elarain erupted into a physical fight as the other woman pounced on her. Elarain defended herself by picking up a hammer and hitting her over the head with all she could muster which had knocked her out. Elarain stood over the still breathing woman, adrenaline running through her veins, but let out whatever anger she had, on her, going that step further to kill her. Lifelessly she was splayed on the floor. A rush of satisfaction swelled through Elarain, and she vowed to get revenge on anyone else involved in the explosion.

The Imperial Academy

Elarain was transported to Prakith to start her Imperial Basic Training, she learned all she needed to know, but was grateful that the tests and exams were not as horrible as the ones she took back home. She needed to decide what branch of the Galactic Empire she would go into after she finished her training, and it was a difficult choice. Her upbringing had prepared her for more of a Regional Government lifestyle. But after the fight, she had decided to go with the Imperial Army knowing that the Army would be the best branch to teach her how to fight, and stand her ground, if she ever had to come across her brother and his friends again.

Elarain was quickly placed in the 1st Brigade under Vladamiur Veselov which would see her into her first Operation. Elarain would then be promoted to First Lieutenant. Within two months, the 1st brigade would under go a command change and would fall under the Leadership of Alex Rinose.

Executive Officer

It is under BGEN Rinose that Elarain would be elevated to Captain, and within 3 months, was elevated to Brigade Executive Officer of the First, The Brigade CO, then went on a leave of absence, where Elarain found her new position to be quite heavy, when she hasn’t had any command training. A vacancy was posted on the Holonet services, and while Elarain thought about applying, she knew she wasn’t ready for a command posting so new into brigade leadership as XO. During her tenure as Executive officer, Elarain was granted the Basic Infantry Badge for her time served in the Infantry Delta Company.

A new Brigade Commanding Officer was selected in Yaln Baluu and Within 100 days, Yaln Baluu had decided to have a career change, so the posting for CO was vacant once again. This time, Elarain knew she was ready and applied for it. She was granted a new clearance, and made Brigade Commanding Officer on day 179 Of Year 19. And so began her tenure as a Commander

1st Brigade Commanding Officer

Upon her posting as Commanding Officer, she tried to make a difference with her own staff. She immediately chose an Executive Officer Magnus Ironside who met requirements when he was Promoted to Captain. She had ensured that she was going to be a mentor to her Officers, and so trained them to be the best. Within a year, Magnus ironside was posted to a command of his own.

The Executive Officer position was vacant once again. Unable to look into her own brigade, she looked across the Imperial Army to find a worthy candidate who would be willing to be trained and learn from her. But also someone who Elarain could learn off of to be a better commander as well. And so Sierra Rhea from the 6th Brigade became her new Executive Officer. Four months on, the 1st Brigade participated in a build war game, and at the end of the Second phase, Elarain knew her team would beat the other team. This was her first taste of a build war scenario. This activity cemented the relationship between Elarain and her Executive Officer. Elarain knew she picked right for a second time in a row. Red team, emerged victorious. Soon after arriving back to home base, Elarain would be promoted to Major General, and then 1st Brigade was called out to Operation [REDACTED], an NIE Illegally building on an Imperial world, enslaving citizens, and trying to build cities of their own. Shields were erected to protect the planet and the Enemies of the Empire had retreated and left the planet. The Legion Commanding Officer Emillio Peares had decided on a career change, and the position of 1st Legion Commanding Officer became Vacant. Elarain was made acting 1st Imperial Legion CO, until a new one could be chosen. Elarain was close to achieving a Lieutenant General rank.

1st Imperial Legion Commanding Officer

Elarain had thought she had plenty of leadership experience, leading the first brigade for quite a while, and figured she will need to keep moving. She applied for the Vacant 1ILCO Position, but it would be about a month long wait until she heard back for the successor. It was on Day 235 of Year 20 that she was promoted beyond Lieutenant General, to General, and made a 3rd Tier Commander in Commanding the First Imperial Legion.

Elarain currently trains the 1st Brigade and 4th brigade Executive Officers to be able to meet standards and become commanders of their own brigades.
