The Training Officers are the front-line personnel responsible for training recruits at the Academy. The current structure saw the closing of many campuses throughout the Empire. Consolidating training into one centralized location helped utilize the Empire's resources to its maximum efficiency. This also saw the creation of new and advanced training Colleges that concentrated on specific programs directed at the specialized training required for the many positions within the Empire. This is the first school that most Imperials will attend.  The Current Dean is [[Syrialus Dantere]].  IBT as it is known, covers all of the basics that a new member of the Empire and of SWC needs to know in order to become familiar with both the Darkness game engine and the workings with in the Galactic Empire.
