The Third Imperial Legion, more commonly known to Imperial citizens as the "Shadow Guards", is an Imperial Army unit that was created during the Army restructure of Year 8. The unit quickly established itself as a key unit of the Emperor's Army, having overcome rocky times, and has since served the Empire with great skill and dedication. Its current LCO is 1st Lieutenant Ben Sereta.
