Darin Byrch(Born Tad Logata) is a Chagrian serving the Galactic Empire as a member of the Sith Council and leader of the Saarai Enclave.

Early Life

Born on the planet Champala to his mother, Sahiri Logata, and an unknown father, Darin was originally known as Tad Logata. Champala, being one of the more financially stable planets in the inner rim, allowed for the Logata to live relatively comfortably. As a child, the Chagrian was found to have some form of connection to the Force. It was then his mother told him who his father was. A Chagrian named Sdar Marsa. A former Jedi who deserted before the end of the Clone Wars. Sdar had abandoned the pregnant Chagrian woman just prior to the birth of their children. His whereabouts were unknown to her, but this became a mission for Tad. After reaching adulthood, Tad set out on his mission, eventually hunting his father down to one of the many slums of Nar Shaddaa, where his father had been working as "muscle" for a smalltime crime lord. Finding his father broken and addicted to any spice he could get his hands on, the younger Chagrian killed his father. To this day, he claims it was out of mercy. To avoid detection from his father during his searching on Nar Shaddaa, Tad had gotten in touch with a identity credential forger, and paid for a new identity. However, the name he received was far from a "Chagrian sounding" name, and from that day forward he was known as Darin Byrch.

Education

Chagrians take great pride in their education, and this was shown in the upbringing of Darin. Leaving his homeworld fluent in multiple languages, with a proficiency for diplomatic situations. He believes it is knowledge that gives us power, and thus he is always looking to expand his knowledge. He has a love for philosophy and galactic history.

Prior to Imperial Service

Being discovered by a member of Black Sun during his time on Nar Shaddaa, the newly named Darin Byrch was recruited into their ranks. He would remain with them for a few years before leaving the organization. He joined another group, but ended up leaving after a disagreement with the leader during the Hosnian War. It was after this that he founded the Bando Gora, a Force Cult that would later lay false claim to the name Sith. In Year 21, Darin survived the betrayal and attempted assassination by his second-in-command. It was after this, he disbanded the Bando Gora and found himself descending upon Corellia where he would meet with the Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Taral, and begin his service with the Galactic Empire.

Imperial Service

Ministry of Industry

After joining the Galactic Empire and reporting to the Imperial Academy on Prakith, Darin graduated with honors and reported for work in Imperial Mining Corporation, part of the Ministry of Industry. During his time in IMC, he helped maintained the crucially important mining operations for the Empire. After serving two years in the Ministry of Industry's IMC nationalized corporation, Darin files for a transfer to the Regional Government branch. He was granted his transfer.

Darin's transition to Regional Government was smooth, and he was assigned to REDACTED to further the growth in the Oversector.

The Order of the Sith

In Year 23, Darin joined the Sith Order and was welcomed into the REDACTED Enclave. He currently holds the rank of Sith Councilor and is now known as Darth Emersus.
